"I placed an order on August 26 for the Georgia Bulldog Rosebowl Championship Plaque and received confirmation of my order, along with Fed Ex shipping number for tracking. I needed it for a church raffle we are having to raise money for our Adult Mission Team’s trip to Haiti this weekend. I have checked every day for the package, but with time running out, I called your business yesterday and spoke with Melina. She took ownership of the problem and sad she would contact Fed Ex (I had already tried the tracking number, but the only info was “label Generated”) Melina called me shortly after 9:00 Am this morning and said she had requested that a replacement be overnighted to me, so I will have it this Frday. I am so thankful for the work she did to make this raffle a success. This plaque is one of the items that will generate a lot f interest in ticket sales. Thank you, Melina, and thank you to the others who got the plaque shipped out to me today. I received notification from Fed Ex that it will be delivered tomorrow. I am a happy customer!"
