"I had purchased and had it ship through this Bogus as Company. The package was supposed to be delivered Monday. When I saw the package was not on the truck I called customer service. I ask what was the reason, they told me it was private and the could not say why, so after several attempts I went on their site and found that they had suspended delivery for FEDEX Ground and Express for urban area and not white areas. After me and the spend many days trying to get the package sent to my address, they assured him the package will be delivered. I just check today the shipping info to find out that these racist as Trump supporters, is shipping my F’k computer back after I spent almost a $100 on shipping. If your are buying anything online DO NOT USE FedEx. This company is Racist as F’k they suspended delivery for any black/ Hispanic community. They are still shipping packages to non-black areas. But when you call they claim they are Still shipping everywhere. Liars!!!!"

"Unreliable and will NEVER use for courier service....never update their tracking so you never know where your package is most of the time!!! Made an order May 1st, package shipped out May 5th. FEDEX lost the label on package, twice prior to this the delivery dates had got changed twice. They got the label replaced and have since given 3 different delivery dates each time delaying the dates. When one pays shipping, should this not be in a timely manner???? It is now going on 3 weeks for a package from the states to Canada....this is totally unacceptable IMO
UPDATE: So here we are May 27th still no package!!! And now they are trying to figure out where the package is!! Great service NOT!!!!!"
"I'm excruciatingly disgusted with the service that's come from fedx. Apparently they I was supposed to receive a package on the 12th of May and when they claimed they came I was home all day. They didnt use the buzz to call me downstairs, they didnt knock my door and the didnt leave a slip stating that they were even here. Today is May 20th and I've spoken to my fair share of customer service agents with the promise that my package would be delivered day upon day, many of my days waisted that I can't get back. I'm really confused as to how they are so big and absolutely incompetent. I honestly feel they are trying to take my content but we'll see. Have no faith in this company, I hope this is a good amount of fair warning!!!"
"I ordered a sleeper chair from Walmart and they shipped it FedEx. Originally it was supposed to arrive on Friday, May 15. That was changed to Monday, May 18. When I called Monday at 7:40PM, by the way you get a call center not FedEx, I was told it was out for delivery. This was the information I could see on the FedEx tracking sight, which I printed out. I called again at 9:11 PM and was told it was taken back to the warehouse, then I was told it was only scanned and never put on the truck. The FedEx employee hung up on me. When I checked their website again it was showing the same delivery info and a new line showing it at the warehouse at 10:25 PM. This morning, Tuesday, May 19, the website is again showing it on the FedEx delivery truck at 3:24 AM. At 8:45 AM I called to verify it was actually on the truck and out for delivery. I was assured I would receive it today. It is now 1:05 PM and still no delivery. If you count heavy traffic delays and a full truck I should be no more that 4 hours from the warehouse. Where is my shipment??? Maybe going by way of Washington state and I am in South Carolina. "

"My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday 5.12.2020. Update showed package leaving distribution center 25 minutes away from my house at 4:32 am. At 8pm Updates show my package is running late and will not be delivered. What?! Someone could have walked it to my house in 15 hours this is crazy. Then today 5.13.2020 I check the status and now it shows a message at 6:08am yesterday that it could not be delivered due to weather or natural disaster. It was sunny and 53 degrees out, I call BS! Your staff, your logging system, and your Company clearly lie and give misinformation and can not be trusted! I will be letting everyone I know of my experience."

"Awful service. Approx 2 weeks waiting for pkg...5 phone calls, two trackers and i still didnt get my pkg. Even seller was calling Fedex. Everday was "tomorrow's delivery expected".
Crap!! Same excuse everyday! Today i asked for a refund. Worst was the customer service..hard to understand..very heavy accent on 3 of my calls. Never gave me an answer...just "sorry" .Prime delivery from Amazon should give you an option on shipping source...like UPS or U S P S.

"FedEx is a worthless company. It is only concerned with one thing, time. How fast a package can be listed as delivered. FedEx doesn't give a damn WHERE it is delivered just as long as the driver marks it as delivered. My package was listed as delivered and it has not been. I am retired military and I am home all the time. No FedEx truck was around on the 29th fo April 2020. Nothing but a complete run-around from customer service. I will now specify "DO NOT USE FEDEX AS CARRIER" every time I order anything from anyone. "
"The last three times i had Fedex deliver a parcel it has been 3 to 5 days late. I order 3 day delivery and it took 6 days. Then they didn't want to get off of the Delivery fee. I will no longer use their service."
"If I could give a 0 star for this sorry company, I would!! This is the SECOND TIME FEDEX noted my package was delivered and it WAS NOT!!! You have to call several times, get the run around of lies, excuses, & sorry explanations and finally....YOU STILL DONT HAVE THE PACKAGE!! Now I ask how the retailer ships.
