Worst service EVER!!

I wouldn’t even give them one star! By far the worst deliveey service i’ve ever seen in my life!!! I ordered a birthday present for my daughter from walmart and UNFORTUNATELY it was sent via fed ex!! What was supposed to be a two day delivery has been a week and two days!! They first day they left a soor tag...okay. Was a little upset since the driver never rang doorbell or knocked! I signed the doortag and put it back on door so they could leave pkg. All of a sudden they are saying my pkg was delivered. I had to call the supervisor and have them trace my pkg. It took two days fot them to make a 2nd attempt. On the 2nd attempt the driver goes to my other door bypassing the door he used the first day with signed tag on it and left ANOTHeR door tag! I called them again they assured they woukd have driver come back out that night and redeliver!! Never saw him at all! Now they are telling me my pkg is being held at an office in seekonk because they made 3 attempt...which is BS!!!! But yet they tell me they cannot tell me what facility it is held at!! I am so done with fed ex!!! Nothing but a bunch of useless morons that work there!!! Will NEVER do business with anyone that even uses fed ex!!! They all ****!!!! $800 package stuck in limbo screw that!!!!

Garbage security and customer service.

"I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by the FedEx and As a customer i lost all the trust in security provided by the FedEx and their words of the customer service center. I shipped this package on Saturday which had money order in it but Later I found out that the recipient was the fraud and scammer so I called the FedEx customer service hoping that they will help me in this situation and i cancelled the delivery and told them to return the package back to me they even confirmed it and assure me that it will be only delivered to me. As I call them several time on the same day (Tuesday) and every time they told me package is secure and it will be deliver to me next day. I checked the status it was changed and was showing ready for pick up for recipient so i call them again showing concern for the delivery and told them not to deliver this package to anyone else other than me. Their reply was like they couldn't care less about my package and just wanted to drop the phone. again assuring me that it is in the wall green and their person will later deliver it to me only. and half an hour later i found out that package was delivered to the that fraud person. I called them and told again what they did and they were like we never told you it is going to be delivered to you. It was out and it got delivered to the person we can not do anything about it. This is the last time i am dealing with FedEx. I don't even know how you can compensate me for that. If you want to hear the assuring answer from your customer service you can hear the recording. Totally garbage management, support and security of the package."

"For 3 days I received a message that my package would be delivered by end of day. Here I am at the end of the 3rd day and it says pending no delivery date could be provided. And trying to talk to customer service is a waste of time."

FEDEX IS A MESS - THE MOST UNORGANIZED

"Fedex is returning all packages without attempting to deliver. They representative just told me to call the shipper and ask to use someobody else. UPS, USPS, WALMART, AMAZON PRIME and OTHER SHIPPERS do not have a problem but FEDEX IS DEFINITELY NOT UP TO PAR DURING THESE TIMES. Although they say they are delivering in the US, they are NOT."

Fed ex is the worst!!!!

"Fed ex has quickly become the worst delivery service today. My package went back and forth from Chicago to Indianapolis several times, and when I called to get this problem solved nobody could help me. I called 3 times, and each time they said someone would contact me from these locations, and they never did. I still have not received my package, and nobody knows why it keeps going back and forth, or tell me exactly where it is. I will never use fedex again or order from any company that uses fed ex. "

"I sent a fragile package out to a business, they did not even attempt to deliver it, they assumed the business is closed due to the corona virus, so they are sending it back to me to resend to another address which must be residential, guess what you wasted my time, and my money when you had no intention of delivering my pkg or even tried. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS! I am so disgusted, how do u stay in business pulling this crap? Not only that I explained this is a fragile pkg that can not go back and forth if it doesn't need to, don't assume someone is not there to accept the pkg when someone paid to have it shipped, What a bunch of horseshit! Half of the time talking to someone on the phone they cut in and out, and don't think they were from the united states. You took my money and if I get the box back broken you are paying for the contents! Cindy Judd"

Where's the package?

"A very important document (with significant financial implications) was sent on Tuesday via FedEx from Kansas City to my home outside St. Louis. By Wednesday, tracking said it would be delivered on Friday by 8 pm. The package went from KC to Texas to Memphis to St. Louis (even though it's less than a four hour drive directly from KC to St Louis), but tracking on Thursday and Friday continued to say the package would be delivered by 8 pm on Friday. We made provisions to be home all day on Friday to receive the package. However it did not arrive. On Friday at 11 pm, the delivery time was still listed on tracking as by 8 pm on Friday. By Saturday morning, the package was listed in Berkeley, MO, and it stated that no delivery date was scheduled. Both an message via tracking and a phone call netted only electronic responses with no other information about day or time for delivery. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend using FedEx."

Avoid Fed Ex Terrible service for lost items

"I had a non replacable antique auto part refurbished and it was lost by Fed Ex over 3 weeks ago. The follow up on the claim was terrible from Fed Ex. No called unless I initiated them absolutely no emails. I followed all there steps spent over 8 hours on this claim documented the item following up with the shipper and trying to track down the driver. They said they would have the driver call me. Never happened. Said the driver would meet me at the shipping location. He came there to drop off another item which he was putting in the incorrect location that the account was set up for, and as I was waving him down he drove away. Terrible Terrible Service. We live in a very rural area and after receiving numerous shipments per week for over 2 years with nothing lost I find it hard to believe that the item was stolen. So now Iam out over $500.00 and have to try to locate a very rare part not to mention the upset customer that owns the vehicle because of the delays. Avoid Fed Ex. "

Why is FedEx still in business!!

"If I could rate FedEx a 0 I would, however, the scale doesn't go that low. I had a package that was due on Wednesday but needed a signature so I pre-signed online for it on Tuesday so that the driver would deliver the package. I got a text stating that the driver didn't leave the package on Wednesday because they needed a signature. I called and the person that I could barely understand said that it takes 24 hours for pre-signing to be completed. Apparently the internet is slower at FedEx than everywhere else in the world. Every time I have to use their service they screw it up. Terrible service."

Horrible customer service and completely unreliable

"All four shipments with them were late, we were not given an option of using another shipping service through Wayfair. All of the deliveries were rescheduled at least 3 times. Two deliveries came on separate trucks on the same day 6 hours apart. Customer service is horrible and it's obvious when you speak with them that they don't care about their customers. We asked for a package to be held at a local fedex facility after having it rescheduled 4 times and they still put it on a truck for delivery until the next business day holding up the package over the weekend and had us waiting around for 8 hours at the wrong location that it never arrived at because they don't know you can't pick up at said location over the weekend. We will not use fedex again or Wayfair if this is the only shipping option available."

"Ordered a package, when it was in my countries sorting facility, i requested a transfer for it to go to an authorized location, as i live in the middle of nowhere. they didn't receive the request till 2 hours later. they are slow and unreliable"

Overcharged for $1000+ and worst customer service!

"I'm using FedEx 2-Day One Rate service and they're overcharging me for more than $1000 total for 11 tracking numbers. Customer service is terrible, admitting to their mistakes and only offering $500 for compensation. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I'm placed on hold for more than an hour, which I'm guessing they're purposedly putting me on hold until I give up.

11 Tracking Numbers has been overchaged. They're supposed to be $6.99 per tracking number (shipped via FedEx 2 Day One Rate - Envelope). Total overcharged amount equals to $1,002.80. It is supposed to be $76.89 total. Instead, they charged me for $1,079.69.

Fedex nondelivery services

"Paid for shipping but still had to go pick up package. Has happened every time something was shipped through fedex. Have no problem with US postal service or UPS . Next time will check who is going to be used for shipping if its Fedex I will look elsewhere! Very poor service not even one star in my book "

Lies.... attempted delivery....

"Anytime I see FedEx will be delivering a package... I wonder what day the driver will deliver.... typically it stays on the truck for 2 or 3 extra days.
Everytime, for each day it is not delivered, the comment "delivery attempted" will show. I check my cameras, just to make sure I didnt miss them. Each time, nothing shows for fedex.
They never leave a door tag. Seems if you attempted a delivery, there should be a door tag.
