Horrible Customer Relations and Missing Packages

"I ORDERED AN 8x10 area rug that was shipped via FedEx ground. It was supposed to be delivered December 4. Then the 5th. Then the 6th. It has been ‘in transit at Geddes NY’ for 5 days. Now it simply says ‘delivery pending no estimated date.’. I’ve called FedEx Customer Service who said she checked ‘another GPS system that tells where the package is.’ She said, yesterday, that it would be in Henrietta NY today. I called today and it is still in Geddes NY. I spoke with a Kaitlyn H. who said she is in the FedEx escalation customer advocacy dept. She was hostile and rude, said she has ‘no idea when the carpet will be delivered.’ She said she tried to contact the station manager in Geddes NY ‘but no one answered the phone.’. So she called the Henrietta office and they said it hasn’t been delivered there. Supposedly some day it may show up. I contacted the store I bought it from to see if they could send me another through another more reliable shipper, they are now sold out of that item. So I contacted the manufacturer of the product and made a formal conplaint about them using FedEx to ship merchandise. Hopefully they’ll have another of my rug they can send me vis another shipper. When the shipper is incompetent it reflects on the seller when items purchased don’t arrive. Retailers should seriously use any carrier other than FedEx to maintain good customer relations. Still hoping my rug will be delivered. I’ve moved furniture and even painted the room in anticipation of the new rug, can’t get our home in order for Christmas time here while I wait and wait and wait for FedEx to do their job.

FedEx is the absolute worst

"I foster felines for a rescue group. I rely on Chewy.com to deliver cases of food and litter several times a week. Sadly, Chewy insists on using FedEx to ship their stuff. We got 2 ft of snow last weekend which is completely normal for upstate NY in December. I was supposed to receive one Chewy box on Tues and three boxes on Wed. It's now Saturday and I haven't received ANYTHING. The online tracking says, "out for delivery by end of day today". It's been saying that for days. The Chewy rep told me that FedEx isn't even sending trucks out to my zip code because "that entire city is snowed in". Okay, yeah, the city 7 miles away had to call up the national guard to clear out a measly 2ft of snow in the downtown area, but I DO NOT live in that town! I live on a major rural truck route and huge semis have been zipping by all day, every day, even during the storm. I have received deliveries from both UPS and the USPS with no difficulty, so I don't know what's wrong with FedEx. I have no faith at all that I will ever get my Chewy orders so I placed a huge order with Amazon which they said will be here on Monday. I'm confident it will because Amazon uses the USPS, not FedEx. I will no longer do business with anyone who ships with FedEx."

Hrrible sevice and delivery fedex overnight service

"Fedex is not commited for overnight express package.i did get my delivery from sfo to fremont, CA in 3days then peronally went to pick their shipping cener.No one will agree on it but this is true. I will not recommond to use fedex.there are many postal company. Empoyees also do not care for the cutomer. Look like down turn are nearby for fedex. Thank you fedex good bye."

Never use this company

"I bought a wig worth £51 which seller said free shipment without letting me know it will cost extra £32.77 when FedEx deliver. The most horrible service ever and I thought it was a joke with the invoice sent to me . They kept sending letters until today had to pay them off. the last time ever in my life i will never buy a package that will go through FEDEX "

How Fedex is Incompetent

"I found the company very incompetent due to the fact they cannot fellow simple instructions. I tell them we as a business close at 4:00 pm. They keep telling me they will have someone here before 6:00 pm. I tried again to tell them I need this item picked up needs picked up before 4:00 pm. It has been three days since I put the label on the item for pick up. Now they are telling me they will pick it up on Monday.
I told them I am being invoiced for this item each day I have it and if it is not picked up Monday I will be sending them the invoice.

CRAPPY

"I’m very freakin angry. Every time I use Fedex services my package gets messed up or I’m given wrong information!!! Your customer service never seems to want to go out of their way to help. My package from my parents was due to arrive tonight (December 5,2019) and of course it now has changed tomorrow and now not even until next week because I simply wanted it to be delivered to a fedex office not even 2 miles away from my residence!!!!!! Your company needs to get there information correct and stop giving false expectations!!!!! Every time seriously! I will not hesitate to post this review to every review site I can because this is unacceptable and quite frankly BullS***"

Wrong house delivery and still waiting

"FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house a block away. It is a heavy table I can not fit in my car or carry on my own. They said they would retrieve it that day and deliver it to the correct address. That was over 24hours ago. I was also supposed to get a call from someone in the local FedEx branch to assure me this mistake would not happen again. That did not happen. So now I am on hold with FedEx for the 3rd time in 24hours to figure out if they are going to pickup and deliver the table to the correct address.
*Update: There was no "call tag" ever made in my name about my issue. They told me the previous 2 representatives simply put a note in the package info that it was delivered to the wrong address. So for the last 24 hours I've been waiting for this mistake to be fixed and they never even submitted the issue correctly. Now after finally being transferred and speaking to the person next up on the hierarchy I am being assured my package will be picked up and delivered tomorrow, again.

They have no idea

"Waiting for a package all day. It requires a signature. I have been getting notifications that its going to be delivered today. Wait all day, no notifications. Check my tracker, it says delivery exception. What does that mean? They explain that it is a weather delay. It arrived in my city last night on time. There is no weather issue, so whats up? I use the online chat. No help, its just an automated service that gives you canned answers, but doesn't answer your actual question. You chat with a person that gives you canned answers with no help. You call and get such bad information that you have to call again. The second person gives you better information, but isn't able to answer. They say that someone will call you, which hasn't happened yet. Wasted an entire day waiting for my package. Could pick it up, since it is in my city. The weather is fine, but they don't know if that is possible. So my package is going to be delivered, its delayed and I may be or may not be able to pick it up as it going to be delivered, but we don't know when.

Went to get package twice. The customer service person at the desk was so very rude!

"I was expecting a package. They left a note saying they didn't leave it because no one was home. That I appreciate but when my husband went to get it they said it wasn't there so to take the sticker leave it on the door they would try to deliver it again. So he did and they came but again took the package back even though we had said to leave it.
So I went to get it the lady at the desk was kinda bothered because her conversation was cut short because I had been waiting in line awhile and the other person who was trying to help people asked her to help.
When I started to tell her what had happened she said well it wasn't me so you don't need to complain just give me your driver's licence. Is your package here. I told her I didn't know I hope so since it's not at my home like I asked. I also told her I was just trying to tell her why I was frustrated and she said well it wasn't me I said okay who do I complain to she said Fed ex express which I found interesting since I was at a Fed ex store.
Anyway did get my package but very poor and rude customer service.

Horrible service, beware

"Appallingly poor service! One of our parcels - and we are long standing business customers - was delivered from the UK to Greece after 19 days... it was not scanned for 10 days prior the delivery, with NO ONE from FedEx able to offer any support, explanation or apologies.
We contacted their customer services over the phone, email and form on the website, no answers. This is utterly ridiculous, disrespectful and unacceptable and we would not recommend anyone using FedEx for their shipments.

The worst experience

"Never use FedEx! I was sitting at home for two days in a row waiting for my package but only got messages that they were unable to deliver the package because nobody was home. I didn't leave home for a minute during two days and definitely was home at the time they mentioned in the tracking history when they "made delivery attempt"

Decent courier but customer service needs improvising

"The ordered a package that wasn't delivered on the expected date. When I got in touch with the customer service, they told me they will get back to me on it but didn't. But was package was delivered to me the next day in a good condition so I have no complaints. Just their customer service needs to be improved. "
