"Ordered from Amazon, payed for 2 day delivery, Fedex wants to deliver in 4 days, says there is no such thing as 2 day delivery. Either Amazon is selling a fraudulent product or FedEx is not meeting expectations. Which is it. Amazon needs to use a carrier that can deliver on time."
"I spent $66 to send a package to the IRS and the delivery person couldn’t make the delivery because he wouldn't follow security protocol. When I tried to get the package delivered back to me, I had to pay to get it sent back. All throughout the total of 2 hours spent on the phone customer service was horrible with each person passing the buck to the next person. This is the worst customer service experience ever!!!!! "I have shipped with FedEx for may years. And this particular time they stated they could provide a service and did not. And it only ended up costing me more. They even added a ridiculous storage cost. They now refuse to waive. I never would have used FedEx if they didn't say they could ship for me without issues? "Absolutely unprofessional, unacceptable, and could care less about their customers! They were suppose to deliver a piece of medical equipment for my daughter today and now the status update states that they DID NOT attempt delivery and now it will be delivered on Tuesday. Of course no one at Fedex and can tell where it is and what is going on even though it's been on truck since 2:54am Denver time. It's not like I ordered clothing, shoes, makeup, etc., it's medical equipment that is needed and will help determine is my daughter will have to undergo head surgery again! I was expecting a package to be delivered on Sept 13th but never received it, status still said it was in Oceanside, CA. from the shipping date of Sept 9th. No updates on tracking as I signed up for. I call regarding my package and was unwilling (like pulling teeth, literally) informed that the trailer was involved in an accident in route to my state and ALL packages were destroyed "
"This is the 4th time that Fed Ex has not delivered my package properly. I live in a condo and every time they are to deliver a package they stick a "Sorry we missed you" note in the lobby. They have NEVER used my buzzer that I call days ahead to inform them to use. Wednesday they did this so I called and said please redeliver it and this is my buzzer number AGAIN. PLEASE USE THE BUZZER! Today I got a call saying that the delivery guy "doesn't have time" to redeliver the package he was suppose to deliver 2 days ago because he is too busy. And that they will attempt again on Monday (its Friday), or they can bring it to a location and I can pick it up before 5. Okay, 80% of the population works 9-5, like? how is that beneficial for me?? After explaining myself AGAIN to the agent that called, I asked them to deliver it tomorrow and she agreed and waved the $25 charge, and that the delivery guy will use the buzzer this time.... we shall see.
I am so sick of Fed Ex, they are lazy and always pressed for time so they dont do their job right. And then it is up to us customers to find out how to get our packages.

" To begin with, my package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 24 August but didn't get delivered until Thursday the 29th. Secondly, the address on the package had my building number but not my unit number. Instead of using common sense and dropping the package off to the leasing office, the deliverer left it at a random apartment instead. Basically, I never received my package and it was very important being that it was a breast pump. Upon calling customer service to see what happened I was notified that the address one file did not match my address but they could not tell me who they delivered it to and I had to get in touch with the company who I originally ordered my package from. This was especially frustrating because even though I gave the lady my tracking number and name she couldn't tell me who they gave my package to. Luckily I was able to rectify the situation with the company that I had ordered my package from no help to FedEx."

"This company is HORRIBLE!! Their employees are LIARS AND THIEVES!! I ordered $150 worth of clothes for my child and the delivery driver CLAIMED to have left it on the front porch when he didn't! my mom works from home and never saw any delivery man nor any knocks! what happened was the driver saw the Ralph Lauren logo and decided he was going to keep my merchandise. Its a shame when you call and open a case they claim they are going to investigate but the case is closed within 4 days so what exactly did you have time to investigate?? These people are able to easily steal items from customers because there isn't any consequences whats ever. Now I have to wait for a refund AND RE ORDER MY CHILD'S CLOTHES THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND Unfair to the customers!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER fed ex!!!! "On July 19, 2019 I went to send the package to Russia from the authorized DHL and Fedex shipment center which is located on 144 Bleecker in Manhattan NY. I asked for DHL (that is the company I usually use ) , the salesperson have pursue me to use Fedex because from his words it is faster but for a lil bit more money. So I did that, I paid $186 in cash and got the delivery date as August 1st.
July 23 (Tuesday) my father who is recipient in Russia got a call from fedex saying that he has to pay more money if he wants to get a package because there is apparently no fedex office in his city and he has to pay out of his pocket to switch from Fedex to DHL ( the company which I was originally going for) .I call fedex , spent hour and a half on a phone speaking to customer service reps who were telling me that it is solely my fault that i didn’t go to the actual Fedex office instead of the shipment center ( because there i would have been told that there is no Fedex office in the city i sent the package to), also have been told that its too bad that paid in cash. So in two words, because I sent it through the authorized shipment center that is not their fault. I have been given the phone # for the revenue services so I can request the money back, once I have talked to a woman named Amber she have explained to me that I can put a request only when the package have been delivered to either me or the recipient. So I have called my dad and told him to pay whatever the extra fee, BUT that was not enough, he has been asked to come by with his passport ( come by to office in Moscow , which is 2 hour PLANE ride , not bus !!! ) after my father refused that he has been asked instead to email the copy of his passport, which he refused to do as well because of threat of fraud.
Either on 30 or 31 of July got a call from Fedex saying that my father refused to provide docs and that I have 3 options : destroy , abandoned or sent my package back to me. Sure I have said that if I didn’t care about the package I would have sent it with UPS instead, that being said I have asked for my package back. Then, the woman have proceed by telling me that It is going to be on my own expenses. An I if I want to know how much that would be – I have to call another number to get a quote and then call back to her and give let her know about my decision. So I call the other phone #, and get a quote for $215!!! After me being very upset on a phone and complaining about the whole situation , I have been offered to create a case in order to investigate why did they ask my dad to pay more money to switch from company to company, I have been told that I would receive the phone call back with the answer the same day before 5:30 pm. No one called that day, next day got a phone call, claiming that my phone was disconnected the day before?! Then have been told that it is normal practice of Fedex to transfer packages to another company when they don’t have the physical location in the destination city ( still no answer why is my father have been asked to pay extra for it) that being said they closed the case. Then they gave me instructions to create fedex account online , connect my cc to it and give them call with the account number so I could be charged for getting my package back.
Did that, gave a call back, have been told that the package will be delivered to the location which is on the sticker ( the shipment center location in Manhattan ) , after me voicing the fact that I pay more than $200 for them to deliver the package back to me then they have to deliver to my house , the woman have told me that she put a request to deliver to my home address (after good couple min of arguing that it’s not something they do meaning delivering to the address other than the one on sticker ) , so after me providing her my address and providing the account number I got a phone call 3 hours later , from a woman who was very snarky with me , saying that “ if I wanted to get my package back at my own expense then how come I didn’t provide my account # by now”
After me telling her that I did so 3 hours ago she have told me that th only record she has is that I requested the delivery to my house instead of the shipment center, after that conversation, I had to go home and get the account # and call fedex once again to give my account # once again
Then on August 1st I receive a call where gentleman named Alex Provided me a new tracking number and have said that my delivery will be delivered to me on August 5th by 10:30 am
I took off on August 5th and August 6th , needless to say , no delivery on 5th , on 6th I receive a phone call from a fedex delivery person telling me that he is at the address of shipment center and asking me about what floor or suite he should leave my package
After me telling him that the package was supposed to be delivered to my house in Bk he was very surprised and then told me that if I want my package to be delivered to my house then it could not be done that day
I said ok, then deliver the next day
Then next day , on August 7 I went to work and my husband was home , he stepped out to walk a dog and once he comes back he sees the door tag left by fedex saying that they missed me and if a want the package I have to go and pick it up at the location below - which is JFK airport (2 hours train ride from my house !!!) and I should not wait for next day for it to be redelivered
I immediately go online to track the package, it said online that I can pick it up at 130 Leroy street, then once I called , automated system have told me to WAIT for redelivery , then I requested to talk to customer service representative and he has told me that I can pick my package up at 6 north bindery Jamaica NY . So does it mean my package in 4 different places ?!
Then , after me explaining the situation and telling that this is unacceptable he apologized and offered to redeliver, saying that either same day or the next day it will be there , and also putting for me a request to leave it in my building without my signature because me and my husband would not to be home, we would be working.
10 min later got a call from a woman asking me where is Stillwell ave ( my home address) , in Bk or Manhattan, after me saying it’s in Bk she said to expect a call from a driver – no one called.
Next day. I come home from work and see a new stocker on a door, saying once again that “we’ve missed you” and no package. Once again, I called a customer service support, right the way requested to talk to manager because clearly no regular representative was willing or able to help me. Upon speaking to a supervisor, came to find out that they can not leave the international packages without me signing for it!!!! Information that ANY representative should know about! Supervisor was probably the only person who was willing to listen and help throughout my month long Fedex experience. He have explained that I would simply have to sign a door tag and leave it on me door so the delivery guy can leave the package for me even if im not home.
As a result I got my package not as promised by 10:30 am on Monday but by the end of the week. Also supervisor was kind enough to help me to open the case to dispute the charges which I was suppose to be charged for getting the package back.
In order to get my money back which I paid originally ($186) to send the package to Russia I had to call once again to create a new case. Which I did on 08/15/19 . After me explaining the situation, have been told once again , that If I was to go originally to the Fedex office and not authorized center then I would have been informed that there is NO such an office in the city I have sent the package to, also I have been told that it is not under their company control if the recipient have to pay to switch from Fedex to another company to get a package, AND that there is no way I can receive my money back because the only reason why package was not delivered is because of problems with customs, not with Fedex. Surprised?
So be careful, when you pay almost $200 to deliver from A location to B location – there could be hidden fees applied , also their could be no Fedex in location B and you will have to pay out of your pocket to switch the companies. THAT’S how they should advertise!!!!
Don’t EVER go to authorized centers, because if they accept your package and there are any problems – its YOUR fault not Fedex, they don’t educate nor provide any information to their authorized centers.
I just lost $186 and spent the entire month arguing with representatives , crying and having the worst experience ever!
DO NOT recommend Fedex, and personally NEVER AGAIN!!!! "

Communication was horrible, I was lied to, driver turn off his gps before finishing his route. These are the type of people you employ. I will no longer receive or ship with your company. "I received an email stating what day my order would arrive. My husband stayed home ALL day and FedEx never showed. I received another email declaring no one was available to receive the package at 6:05 PM, though my husband was here. So FedEx states that they will attempt delivery the following day. This package is very important, so I cancelled my plans for the day and stay home. I finally received the package.
Someone did not bother to drive out in the country to deliver the package, nor did they call to say they could not deliver. No, they make it sound like we did not cover our bases! Big mistake! When it is up to me, I will choose UPS. That company has never failed to show up when they say they will."
"If you have an account with Fedex and UPS. Choose UPS!!! despite the bad customer service. Back in JAN switched to Fedex a Sales rep Ivan Mascarell gave me good/attractive discounts and assured me that I will not fee any fees that I saw with UPS on my account; so I switched to Fedex(Moonachie hub/main is right behind my store; easy for the drop-off + good rates...what was there to lose?) happy I get to save more; meaning I make more money.
So it's 7/30/2019 and yesterday the 29th I was going through the invoices paid with the receipts. Guess what; 40-60% upcharge. a 10$ shipment turned into $30 all of a sudden. handling charges added anywhere from $9-97 as I have seen. Surcharges and residential charges added on onto the invoices(**** you are a shipping company; add that on when you are giving me rates before shipping instead of making excuses that that was a quote that was given; which is the excuse you gave me) I am getting a little aggravated and would like to rip them a new one but. I WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS, AND YOU WOULD NOT LIKE TO GET ROBBED!!! STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX!!!!!!!! Im out $4000 after doing the math. LOL"
