Worst customer service. Lost $300 shipment. Lost shipment twice

"I have had very bad experience not just once but twice with the FedEx service.

1. This is about a local ground shipment from Walmart. And the delivery guy gave the packet at wrong address but their system is updated with FedEx tracking saying that delivered at my address outside the front door. Came home that evening, couldn't find the packet outside my door and searched in my neighbourhood and with my neighbors, not there. Finally, decided to raise a complaint on FedEx website and raised a claim. Waited for their investigation and after 3 days, the delivery guy got back that missing packet to my address from a wrong address where he actually delivered wrongly ( may be he is asleep, drunk or just dumb, irresponsible). I can understand mistakes happen. But my packet was already opened by the people at the wrong address.

2. This time it was a international shipment from my home country worth $300 dollars. Believed in FedEx, that was our biggest mistake. After tracking the delivery details on their website, it says, delivered at my address outside my front door on the same day as the above case. After I couldn't find this $300 worth shipment anywhere, raised a complaint to FedEx and told them that a local ground shipment packet was also missing on the same day and may be the delivery guy gave these both at wrong address. After 3 days the local Walmart shipment was got to me from the address where it was delivered wrongly but for the $300 international shipment, FedEx sent a letter saying that package was delivered properly at the correct address and they rejected my claim.

Bottom line is when the delivery guy messed up everything as you can see that one of the local ground shipment was got back to me in next 3 days. How can now FedEx say that the other international shipment is delivered correctly. That is just disgusting.

Lost $300, time more that 1 month in entire process and faith in FedEx.

You guys are the worst. You lost a genuine customer and not just me , you have lost business from all my family members and friends.

Stolen Package

"I would like to know how, thru verizon, signature is required and thru fedex it changes to no signature required. How is that. My package, carrying my new phone, gets stolen off my steps, but thru fedex, no signature was required. Seriously! I call costumer service and all I got was "package was delivered and its says no signature required so she did her job." Wow, is all I can say. "

Ship to wrong state and refuse to refund.

"I used FedEx to ship a time sensitive package from Illinois to North Sioux City, South Dakota (Tracking No: 787274107462). But instead of ship to South Dakota, FedEx shipped it to Sioux Cit, Iowa. Of cause they cannot find the address. I called the customer service and told them they shipped to wrong state. The customer service said they will fix it and send to correct state. But next they I find they put the package in delivery truck and try to deliver to Iowa again. I called customer service again and told them it is wrong state. The customer service promised me this time they will send to correct state. Few days later I find the package is delivered back to me, Not to my customer. I have to use UPS to ship it again. I filled a claim to FedEx and want they refund my shipping cost. But they declined my claim and said the package is delivered.I couldn't understand their logic. I pay them to ship my package to my customer. But they spend a week and send package back to me, waste my time and money and they refuse to refund me. I will never use FedEx again. This company has at least 3 problems: 1. Poor customer service - I called twice and they cannot solve this simple problem. No one in this company pays attention to customer. 2. Poor management and communication between departments 3, Poor service and don't willing to admit they fault. Use UPS, don't waste your time and money in FedEx."

NO MORE SHIPPING THROUGH THEM.

" I paid the safety insurance so my parcel which was amplifiers to get shipped safely to the destination, well they were smashed and i saw the pictures from the buyer which i had to resend money back for the damage. I opened a claim with fedex and basically i was denied anything for money to cover my costs. So go **** yourself fedex, this isn't the only item its been ****, a lot of parcels i've got were lost or thrown on my doorstep for anyone to take. go eat **** whoever the CEO is!@ **** it!!"

Dog fear

"Was called from Eau Claire Fed-Ex, saying my package wasn't delivered due to "aggressive dog". I guess barking dogs are now immediately labled aggressive. I stayed home the next day to get my package and kept my dog inside. On my package was a note not quite accurate about our discussion... "UPS has no problem. Dog is not aggressive, just barks. She won't put dog in and will try to be there tomorrow, kind of uncooperative. If she isn't home can drop box right outside of truck." "

FEDEX ****

"Second time in 3 months that I have been home ALL DAY LONG and receive a text that my delivery is being rescheduled and that the driver attempted to deliver my package!! This is complete and utter BS. Nothing was even left on my door that the driver made an attempt BECAUSE HE IS A LIAR!!!! He did not attempt to deliver as I have been home, garage door open, working in and out of the yard. Called for support and was informed that the driver was done for the day. He did this in March as well and on that day I was quick enough to have his manager force him to turn around and deliver the package.

Unbelievable. Informing the company that is using FedEX to find another carrier for my route. People need to lose their jobs when they can't even perform them properly!

Totaly unreliable - wish I could request sellers don't use Fed-Ex

"Fed-Ex "used" to be the best package out there. They have now dropped to below On-Trac in terms of reliability and quality of service. This week I was supposed to receive two packages (one from Wayfair and one from Sams Club), both shipped Fed-Ex. Received expected delivery dates for both packages. On checking the tracking information, one package sat at their Fort Worth location for two days, and the other at their Bloomington CA location for two days. Conversely, two other packages from Amazon (one via UPS and another via Prime) both arrived as promised. Still don't have the Fed-Ex packages.

Most vendors don't provide a choice of carrier, but if they do, I suggest avoiding Fed-Ex like the plague.

Horrible service..

"Service customer service is over wild everytime I try to get rid of speak with a representative I had to call three times and each time they put me on hold is either to call Trump want to trust me to something else everyone told me something different that didn't makes no sense in trying to blame it on the shipper but it did it was their error I order my item Friday and I paid for 2 days shipment I still now then you can receive it in his being a week it is ridiculous and they trying to say that my address was typing correct but when I check my order it shows there is a way where.there was one lady that I was getting so frustrated of because it then makes no sense to me that everyone that I spoke to was able to pull my order by my tracking number in my name and then after that I finally got in contact with her she asked me for my name and my tracking number and I gave it to her for she told me she was unable to identify it and then she told she asked me for my name when I told her my name I spelled it and she told me that that wasn't the name or no item I say does it makes no sense this is the first time I've ever heard this because my name always has been on the item because the last three people that I spoke with didn't have no problem bringing it up my orders.that she tries to me to some type of customer rating when I asked to speak with another customer service that was ridiculous than the phone hang up on me finally I call back again and I got contact to another customer representative and she was very pleasant in the person that she transferred me to was also present the understand my frustration and it is ridiculous because I have been through all that for nothing and she tried to do the best I can she she can to help me out hopefully my shipment ship tomorrow to me and I get this whole situation sort out but all together the service is **** and never again will be used"

The customer service is horribble.

"First off, the customer service reps literally say i don't know to every question. Then they are unable to tell you choices/resolutions to receiving your packages. And lastly, ready for pick up means over an hour wait. They need better operating manuals, because they are doing a bad job."

Did Damage and Did NOT Make Good

"Fed Ex made a delivery to my house on 1-16-19. I have a gated entry with a call box on a pedestal. Not only did the driver NOT try to push the call box button to let me know he was there, but the next day I noticed my call box was leaning, so I looked at it, barely touched it and it fell over. White scuff on the black box. And the delivery was just left on its side in the middle of my drive. I call FED EX, was told it was a new driver, and that a rep from the claims company would make contact with me. After nearly two months, they tell me that since I can't prove FED EX did the damage, they aren't paying. Funny thing is, in the 20 years I have lived here, my gate has been damaged twice. This one and once previously, yes, by a FED EX driver, that one was honest though, and FED EX paid on the claim. BEWARE, they don't train their drivers!!! They know their driver did the damage, but since I don't have pictures, I'm out $650 for a new pedestal."

I would give negative stars if possible

"I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house fri May 3rd. When I checked tracking it was sitting in Georgia. It sat there until Monday the 6th. Contacted fed ex and they told me it would be here no later then Tuesday and it was on it’s way to MS from GA. Checked the tracking again this morning for a delivery time and it’s now sitting all the way in CA. The complete opposite side of the US. And now they say it’ll be here this coming Friday. They need to over night ship it and fix it. This is absolutely ridiculous!"

Fedex Misses the mark again

"So, let me tell you about my current experience with FEDEX. Yesterday (5/1) at 10:30ish we called in a FEDEX EXPRESS pickup, confirmation #'s LKSA641 & LKSA167. A little after 4pm we called to see what the hold up was and we were told the truck broke down and another truck had been dispatched and should arrive in 10 - 15 minutes. We closed our shop at 6:30pm and still no driver and too late to get to a FEDEX location for a drop off. This morning we have called not once but 4 times and got four different stories and a bucket load of rude representatives. The first call we were told the driver showed up and no one was at out location at 4:30...untrue. The second call we were told the pickup had been rescheduled and that we were notified...untrue. The third call the representative transferred us to Ground and then we got transferred back to the 800# and the call timed out, a recording reported that the call was unable to complete.(Same as being hung up on) Forth call we spoke with a rep that continued to talk over us and not listen, this guy would ask questions and keep on talking. Tried to tell us there was a distribution center machine malfunction...had absolutely NOTHING to do with pickups. Then we called our outside service rep, like that would do any good...I have never had a return phone call from her. Today FEDEX totally and completely has missed the mark."

THEY ARE THE WORST!

"THEY ARE THE WORST!!! THEY NEVER SHOW-UP AND LIE AND SAY THEY TRIED TO DELIVER! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I SAT IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY WINDOW ALL DAY WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY AND THEY DON'T SHOW UP! I THEN GET AN EMAIL STATING THEY TRIED TO DELIVER, BUT THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE AND NO NOTE HAS BEEN LEFT TO SAY THEY ATTEMPTED. THEY ARE JUST COMPLETELY LAZY! NO ISSUES AT ALL WITH UPS OR THE POST OFFICE, ONLY FEDEX."

FedEx is a joke

" FedEx is the worst service you will ever get.. they picked up my box from my house and said they didn't and they delivered it to the buyer, I filed a police report for a stolen box because they confirmed that no one from FedEx has picked up the box. I refunded the money to the buyer then realized it was delivered two after, when i asked for a refund they kept tossing the ball to each other"

"Driver left my 3 packages one street over .CAN'T THEY READ STREET ADDRESSES.had a nerve to text me that it was left on my porch.I WAS ON MY PORCH ALL DAY ..NO PACKAGE LEFT HEAR.UPS IS THE WAY TO GO"
