I was a customer of Filters Fast for years, but ever since you began inundating me with many (many) multiple emails, I began to look elsewhere for my filter needs. Then, when I tried to unsubscribe from your emails multiple times with no relief, my resolve to not do business with Filters Fast has only strengthened.
Don't try to apologize or make excuses like "We diligently care about our customers and strive to remove anyone who asks to be removed from our emails." I won't be buying that, because it's pure bs and you know it. Don't ask me for my email address because I have given it to you many times when I asked you to unsubscribe (a word you are apparently unfamiliar with) me from your email list. Instead, I have created a message filter that sends your emails to trash, where they belong.
I don't care how good your filters are, or at what price; you have slit your own throats by your incessant email campaign that never stops and also by ignoring people who ask you to stop sending them emails. This is not a "technical glitch," it is a purposeful marketing ploy that will hopefully lose you tons of money. You have lost all credibility. My only hope is that this email will somehow wend its way to upper management, and that this will serve to cause as many resignations (or firings) as possible. I really doubt that will happen, but either way Filters Fast will never receive any more money from me.
Don't bother trying to email me with excuses or apologies; I won't see your emails because they will also go to the trash folder as soon as they arrive.

"I ordered my ge oven glass from this company, shipment was very past, but upon delivery from FedEx door glass was shattered, I contacted filters fast, and right away they authorized replacement door glass, it took a while to get the replacement, but this time shipment arrived intact, thanks Filters Fast, it was a pleasure to do business with you, thanks for excellent customer service. "The online ordering system was broken, FF didn't want to hear about it, didn't believe me, then finally acknowledged that it made a mistake, not me. I asked to return the wrong filters, FF didn't want them back, but made me order new ones and would not pay for shipping to my home location, which is not where I originally had my filters shipped. FF would only pay for shipping to my original order location, which is inside the contiguous United States. I paid extra to have my California neighbor ship them to me in Hawaii. The upside is that I was able to sell the wrong filters, which covered my shipping cost. Thank you, Facebook Marketplace!"
"After 3 weeks of non shipping asked for a refund and got one. No email of what was going, not a sorry nothing! If I could give them zero stars I would. Shop local people save your small town hardware stores . They got my filter in 2 days! Now thats fast!"

Meanwhile I ordered another filter off Amazon. It arrived 3 weeks before the "Fast" filter did. Delays happen, but when Fast is your name and Amazon kicks your **** you should be embarrassed. I'm going to need 3-4 of these filters per year. Guess who gets my next order?"

"I tried ordering a Whirlpool inlet valve for a Duet washer. After almost a 3 weeks, I called and questioned the order. I was told it was to arrive on their end on the 20th of October. After the 25th, still no email saying it was being shipped. At this point, I cancelled the order. Still have seen anything about a refund, but am confident I will get it. "I inquired about a sump for a Sears undercounter filter system - common part sold for many years to 1000s of customers. They responded, I have to reach out to the manufacturer? I thought the answer was a cop-out. No effort made. Saw a part that looked like it would fit, so I ordered it. Website said 4-5 days shipping. 5 days came and went. Contacted Filterfast to find unit was backordered. Took a whole month, when it finally arrived, didn't fit anyway. Saw a second part that I was sure would fit, but it also said 4-5 days shipping. I said forget it. This is the age of Amazon - next day shipping. 4 - 5 days doesn't cut it anymore. A month - forget about it."
