"We have purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Firmoo. The first pair, mine, were a pretty light prescription. I ordered transitions and photochromic. They are so great. They fit me perfectly!

The second pair was for my friend whose prescription is really quite difficult. He usually has to pay a LOT for his glasses and no other optical place online that he's tried has been able to fill the prescription. Firmoo did so and they are excellent! Because of the complexity of his prescription we had to do a little bit of back and forth with Firmoo to get everything right as they had a few questions for us and we had to decide on a couple of different things. They were so professional, knowledgable and helpful.

Shipping was FAST. We will be recommending Firmoo to all of our friends. Given that we're in a pandemic, I haven't seen a many of my friends yet but when I head to the store I get compliments on my glasses for sure!"

"I ordered 4 pairs of glasses (1 prescription eyeglasses, 1 prescription sunglasses, 2 non-prescription blue light blocking clear glasses). Non prescription glasses are so nice and fit very well, sunglasses are great and prescription is on point, but unfortunately the frame I choose for eyeglasses probably was not good for my prescription (note that I have an extremely high prescription, around -11 LE and -9 RE). So unfortunately even though the prescription was on point, I have blurred vision on LE, while sunglasses are perfect and I see very well. So I had to send back the glasses to get the refund, but I live in Lodi, epicenter of COVD-19 epidemic in Italy, and we have been quarantined for almost a month and I can't go out to the post office to send the glasses back because we can leave the house only for very important matter or to buy food and necessary supplies. So I contacted the Firmoo customer service and explained that I don't know how long this will go on, it could be more than 30 days. Given the extraordinary situation, they allowed me to get the refund even without sending the glasses back, and they instantly processed the full refund. I can't explain how grateful I am, they have been so quick and nice and Jeannie took care very good of my issue. Definitely recommend, I'll keep an eye on the frames and for sure purchase again prescription eyeglasses once I find a more proper frame for my eye.
