"I loved the frames I got, but sadly the lenses were too big for me to see well with my prescription. I thought they would be fine based on the measurements, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I do think having the frames categorized by prescription strength would be helpful so those of us with very strong prescriptions don't choose frames that are too large. I was able to get a refund for the glasses, so that was pretty awesome. "

"I had an issue with my glasses where the center of the lenses weren't lining up with my eyes and so I wasn't getting the full benefit from the glasses because I chose a frame too big for that (very important when you have a high prescription). I went to customer service and it was such a pleasant experience to get new glasses remade. Vizy, my customer service representative, took the time to ask about my old glasses and even recommended me some based on those measurements! I was able to find a more suitable frame and not only did they say I could keep the ones that didn't work out well, they would make these new pair of glasses for free! Firmoo does customer service the way it needs to be done and I would recommend this site to anyone! They have a loyal customer now.
