"I found Firmoo online while doing a search for an online purchase of glasses. I have been ordering my glasses online for a few years now, so I am used to the process (ordering, shipping and arrival). I ordered a very trendy pair of glasses and they arrived within a reasonable amount of time. However, when they arrived, I could tell they were too big for my face when I looked at them and sure enough they fell right off my face due to my recent weight loss. I emailed customer support for assistance regarding their return process and received a prompt, detailed response asking me if I'd like to do an exchange or simply get a refund. I opted for a refund since I had already placed another order for glasses elsewhere. I received a response the next morning stating my return had been processed and I should expect to receive it within the next 3 days since I used PayPal for my purchase.
Richo responded promptly and was very personable and professional. Even though this purchase didn't work out, I will definitely be making another purchase from Firmoo in the near future and I would highly recommend them. A+++ customer service which is a rarity these days. Thanks Richo!!"

"When I received my glasses the frames were too large and lenses were not in focus, even though I correctly provided my current prescription. I still give them 5 stars for customer service. They communicated well, gave me a refund, and provided me with possible causes for the problem to help me avoid the same issue with future purchases. I appreciated that they stood by their return policy. I feel confident giving them another try in the future. FYI, they suggested not purchasing frames with lens sizes larger than 40mm height and 50mm diagonal if you have a strong prescription. I had never been told that before. Good to know. "
