3. Second unit is also defective. Flash shutter does not open sometimes. I have to use my finger to open the shutter door.

"I had trouble ordering through the website so I called to confirm my order was processed correctly. This resulted in two of the item I ordered being sent out - which is what I called to prevent from happening and was assured it had been taken care of. This led to my needing to call several more times to cancel the duplicate item and be sure my credit card was properly credited, because of course I was charged for the erroneous item and wouldn't receive credit until it was returned to them. So I feel the ordering process needs some refinement, especially the online segment. To the company's favor, the customer service reps were all extremely helpful, personable and polite. The problem was eventually resolved to my satisfaction."
