Recanted and called the 800# instead, service rep was helpful and apologetic for the online problem admitting it wasn't working properly. Bought a referbished Nikon Coolpix 4100. It shipped in 4 days as stated, received a e-mail with tracking number and received the order within 1/2 hour of estimated delivery time!!! Everything was packed very well and could not tell the difference between new and refurbished, works flawlessly as Nikon quaranteed (thank you Nikon refurbishing). Will probably shop on this site again."

Although I would recommend this store to others, it was slightly frustrating to experience delays. Initially I was told the product I ordered was on 'back order' and would become available in 3-5 days. I was not contacted for 5 days. In response to my message I was told that the product had actunally been discontinued and was offered a slightly more expensive product. When I inquired as to whether the price included shipping, I was offered 'value shipping' (approx 30% less than regular ground cost). I received the vacuum on Dec 6."

The arrival of the package to Canada was timely but after paying $34US for S&H, I was ensured that I would not have to pay anymore, no taxes or duties to receive. When the package arrive I had to pay an additional $20CDN. FedEx also told me that if DigitalFoto had checked off a "non-soliciting" box on the order then I would not have to have paid. After this, the order was taken incorrectly and I received the wrong items. I called the company and after 45 mins. they argreed to send me the correct part, no charge. This, of course, came after the Manager insisting that it was JUST $10.95 so I should pay. Shouldn't the company that made the mistake pay JUST the $10.95 for Customer Satisfaction?? The item came in a timely fashion once again and this time, I did not have to pay any additional charges. "

"We recently purchased a Minolta Dimage Z6 and are very pleased. We initiated the order on the internet, but had difficulty and completed the transaction over the phone. The sales person advised us to make additional accessory purchases and explained why. We did and are so very pleased we got these items and didn't wait to discover we needed to order them later.
