Once I found Digital Foto Club and read up on their company, their reputation on resellerratings.com, and their order process I was hooked. The price was lower and item was exactly what i was looking for. They offered free shipping. So, I placed the order and was happy when the order arrived exactly when they promised. Everything was in excellent order and I have already taken several hundred pictures with my camera! They've been great. I've already told my friends about the great prices and services!"
"My buying experience started out to be a good. The ordering process was easy and my item was shipped out timely. This is where my purchase went bad. The seller used UPS as the shipper. I paid for 2 day shipping as I needed the item on Monday for trip I was taking. The tracking indicated it would not be delivered until Tuesday. I then called UPS and requested the item be delivered to an alternate address. UPS agreed to do so. Apparently, UPS did not attempt delivery, but returned the item stating I'd moved and they were searching for my current address. The next day, I found that the item was returned to the seller and that I'd been charged a restocking fee because UPS didn't attempt to deliver. The seller then sent it to the same address again, without verifying the address and this time it was delivered to my front door (in my absence). I contacted the seller via e-mail and by telephone. The customer service person I spoke with said I needed to speak with someone else and they would call me. They did not, but did e-mail me stating they would not remove the restocking fee and would charge me again for shipping. In my opinion, the fact that the seller refused to even attempt to remedy this situation and the fact that the item was reshipped without being "restocked" and without checking a supposedly bad address tells me this seller was looking to make money for nothing and they obviously have no "Customer Service" or scruples. I will certainly not buy from the Digital Foto Club again and would advise anyone else against doing so. "
"I had a great experience with this merchant. All orders are shipped very fast and I usually receive all items the next day since I'm located in NJ.
What I like most is that I was shipped a defective lens (focus mechanism was problematic) and DigitalFotoClub's customer service was also very fast and efficient. I was able to replace the defective lens in about 5 business days since I shipped it out to them.
I would definitely continue doing business with this merchant.

"Chose this store after confirming ratings here , and they were everything and more , great customer services , had placed an order around 12:00 p.m for an camcorder optura 600 with overnight shipping , got the confirmation online that is it being processed , called to make sure it ships the same day , which I was told it usually does not as there is a processing time , however when said that I need it by tommorow and I had confirmed this on their site which states orders placed before 2 p.m will be shipped the same day ( for one day and 2nd day delivery) .

"I attempted to order from this company but my order confirmation came up blank. I attempted to contact this company to see if my order went through and was put on hold for about 10 minutes. An annoying Brooklyn girl kept reminding me to please wait for the next person about every 15 seconds. The first person I talked to wasn't exactly sure if my order went through or not. He seems confused, So he transferred me the sales department to place another order. This new person had no customer skills at all. After 5 minutes into the call I told the person I would just order online because we could barely understand each other. He HUNG UP right away on me. It's like the whole company didn't care about my order. I eneded ordering from a different company."
