"I bought a digital camera and accessories from this seller and have bought other items from them in the past. I find their prices to be low and service generally good but with a few glitches. For instance, on my last order a lens I wanted was out of stock even though that wasn't noted on the web site, so I had to go elsewhere for that item. Also I feel the price of their extended warranty was on the high side, driving the price of the order up. So, again, generally good but with some snags. I would order from them again but exercising caution."

transaction whent smooth, even though I was paying with a international card and sending to a different address (had to send my CC and ID scans) the only problem was, I got no confirmation on what I ordered, but the next day I got an email with my tracking number, great I said, then I got my CC statement and noticed I was charged less, so I email them and they told me that they did not shipped the lens because it was on backorder, even though they guy told me he had it in stock when I called, canceled my backorder lens, got my money refunded promptly.
my only problem with them was that they didn't notify me of ANYTHING nor a confirmation email nor an email to tell me that the lens was on backorder (Ok I did got one, BUT it was 1 day after I canceled my order and 1 day before I got my package with the rest of the stuff).
overal great service, if they paid more attention to their in stock items (or didn't lie about them)
I went with adorama for my lens (OH MY GOD WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS!! i will post my review on their corresponding spot)
I would shop here again, but making REALLY sure they had the items in stock.

"I was very dissatisfied, not with the product but the fact that my first order on-line didnt go through to the order part, but somehow my banking info went through and the $113 was taken out of my banking account in a holding pattern waiting to be matched with an order that didnt exist. I called to be told that I would need to replace the order, I told them that their company had my money sort of hanging in limbo and that I had to wait for the expiration of 7 days and when it doesnt get matched with the order the money would be put back in my account. How can the money part of an order go through, but not the order, when the order part was done first. This should be illegal. I told them that I didnt have the money to put out and would have to wait. The customer service guy was very nice but I didnt even get a credit for my time, and the loss of the use of my money for 7 days
