"I bought a Nikor 70-300mm 4-5.6G AF lens. I recieved the lens and found that it did not work. I called Focus Camera to get an RMA number and sent the lens back the next day. In about a week and a half I recieved another lens that functioned properly. I was disappointed that the 1st lens did not function but that was Nikon's fault and not the seller. Overall, I was satatisfied with the transaction and RMA process but I would have liked to have seen a little quicker return time since this was a replacement of a faulty item and not a repair."

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! Unless you are prepared to get NO HELP OR COOPERATION in trying to arrange for an exchange or refund for an item that they shipped to you defective. It has been over two months since I received a defective compact stereo system and to this day I still do not have a working unit or my money back. In fact, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as a last ditch effort after MANY phone calls to try to get it resolved, and they are currently fighting with my credit card company and will not give me the money back. "I decided to purchase from Digitalfotoclub because of the great reviews from this website. However, I have to say I've been a bit disappointed with their service. I placed an order on October 12th. At the time their website listed a couple of days in which their business would not be open. I was aware of the dates and proceded to place the order anyway since I was in no immediate rush to have the items. I did however expect them to process and ship the order as soon as they reopen.
I rechecked the status of my order online when they reopened and the still did not ship the product. I tried calling them on a day they should have been open, but they were closed. I then noticed on the website that they posted additional days that were to be close that week. On Thursday October 20th, I called to check the status of my order. After being on hold on the phone for 10 minutes, an employee answered the phone and told me that my order was in shipping and would be shipped out either on Thursday or Friday. I assumed that everything was taken care of. I checked the status of my order today and noticed that it was still in the processing status. So I called again the check on the order. After being on hold again for an extended period of time, an employee answered the phone and told me my order was up for shipping. I then asked her why it wasn't shipped yet, especially since they said they would ship it Thursday or Friday of last week. Then the employee tells me they don't have one of the items in stock. All this time, no one has ever contacted me to tell me that they were out of stock on an item. In fact I was told that the order was ready to be shipped. The company made no effort to apologize. After waiting 13 days, I decided to cancel the order.
Their customer service is far below par. I would never order from this company again."

"In July 05 I purchased a Canon PowerShot SD200 digital camera for a very good price which arrived as scheduled. I obtained an RMA having to replace the original camera which had defective pixels grouped on the LCD screen. Having been out of the country, my RMA request was made a little over the 10 day return but there was no hesitation to replace with a new camera which duly came. A house move led to a missing invoice necessary for a rebate and a copy was requested and readily supplied to the new address.
I have used Resellerratings for over 4 years now and it is nice to see them so active as they give me confidence in Online Merchants such as this one. DigitalFotoClub provided to me the service I would hope for, as indicated by Resllerratings, particularly when the transaction gets a few twists involved as will happen."
