"I purchased over the phone rather than the internet. I had questions and prefered talking to a real person. All my questions were answered. The price for the Nikon N75 SLR was the best I found from all the retailers I could find. I placed the order, it was in stock, I got a confirmation number verbally over the phone and it was delivered to me within 2 days. I was expecting a longer turn-around.
The only issues I encountered were that the sales guy's computer seemed to freeze up on him for a short time while we were working on the order and he could/would not email me my confirmation number so I had an official document to refer to in case of a problem. I did receive an email confirmation of the product shipping w/the UPS tracking number, but would have felt better with a order confirmation in writing.
All in all I was very happy."

"Since this only gives me a maximum of 5000 characters, I will have to cut this short. Yes, this had to be the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with online shopping. First of all, I ordered a product on Monday and had it overnighted to me so that I could have it before Saturday (wedding gift). It came on Tuesday as a DOA. When I called to return it on Wednesday, I was told I would have to make another purchase of the same product in order for it to get shipped that day to have it on Saturday. I was told NOT to ship it overnight again, because there was no need. I was ok with that, but worried. And worried I should have been. Didnt receive the product until Monday the next week. Totally ruined the experience. Now I am stuck with trying to get a refund for the original purchase in which they received the product back in two days. A week has passed now and no one calls me to get back to me or anything about it. I have to call them which is absurd! I will NEVER do any business with this organization again and their customer service is HORRIBLE! Hopefully someone will read this and stop their purchase with them."
