"I purchased a fantastic leather motorcycle jacket from Fortnine in 2018, and unfortunately noticed that the inner lining was tearing away from the leather. I remembered that the manufacturer had a pretty good warranty when I bought it, and went looking for their warranty contact info online. My stomach dropped when I could not find the manufacturer website anywhere...and this was a $500+ jacket. Did not need to be losing that much money during a pandemic...
I nervously reached out to Fortnine support, and explained the situation. I had a reply quickly, asking for a couple photos to review the damage for their supplier. After I supplied the photos of the damage, they were back in touch within a day or two, and said that they agreed to warranty claim the jacket for a full store-credit of the purchase price! I was blown away...they had a solid get-out-of-jail-free card in the argument that "Oh...we'd love to help...but the manufacturer is closed....sorry!", but nope...they did the right thing and covered it. I am extremely impressed, and they have a customer for life. "

"I bought a helmet for my boy on June 10. I followed the tracking and on June 22 it was in limbo and not updated on C post website after this date. I called customer On June 30th, 8 days later and asked they get it traced with C Post. The woman on the phone was very nasty and said she was not going to do it because it makes no difference. I said it has been 8 days now since Canada post updated it stuck in Richmond BC, we are delivery day away from this last location. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he doesn’t take customer calls. I sent an email to customer service saying if I did not get my goods within 30 days of purchase i will be contacting my cc and doing a chargeback. 30 days would be July 11. Today July 1st I got an email stating they have redirected my package back to them without my permission. I wasn't returning The helmet just asking them to have the package traced so I could get it. The girl answering the phone claiming to also be the supervisor should be fired. Don't order from Fortnine. If you have a problem it will heard on deaf ears. They don’t care about customers. I will reach out to their influencer Ryan. The owner needs to hear my story. Stay away until they can clean house!"
