"The team at Fortnine always have great products with fast shipping. Recently I had to make a warranty return and the team at customer service (Erin and Marie), I'm sure others were involved but those were the names I saw, the process and result were awesome and I was very pleased.

"I bought a helmet for my boy on June 10. I followed the tracking and on June 22 it was in limbo and not updated on C post website after this date. I called customer On June 30th, 8 days later and asked they get it traced with C Post. The woman on the phone was very nasty and said she was not going to do it because it makes no difference. I said it has been 8 days now since Canada post updated it stuck in Richmond BC, we are delivery day away from this last location. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he doesn’t take customer calls. I sent an email to customer service saying if I did not get my goods within 30 days of purchase i will be contacting my cc and doing a chargeback. 30 days would be July 11. Today July 1st I got an email stating they have redirected my package back to them without my permission. I wasn't returning The helmet just asking them to have the package traced so I could get it. The girl answering the phone claiming to also be the supervisor should be fired. Don't order from Fortnine. If you have a problem it will heard on deaf ears. They don’t care about customers. I will reach out to their influencer Ryan. The owner needs to hear my story. Stay away until they can clean house!"

"Placed an order on the website June 12th, its the 24 so 12 days or 8 business days later (considering its monday to friday) and my gloves are still in processing stage. I get that due to covid there is a delay but this long is not except-able. I am so glad that I did not place any other order through them for me this was a test run being a Canadian business figure during these covid times best to support local business, but they have lost it for them self. Egg on my face for not wanting to pay $20 more to amazon because I would have already had the gloves.
When contacted the business the customer service is horrible quick to point out its my fault for not reading properly. "expect 2-4 day delay getting your order" well that only means that its 2-4 days on top of there slow service. In todays day you can not attempt to compete with the likes of Amazon if your not willing to fix your turn around time. Sorry but you have lost my business for future orders and will advise anyone else against ordering from them "
"Was given the link to Fortnine from my nephew for new motocross boots and helmet he wanted for his birthday, And decided to get him more equipments. Not only there was a great variety of choices in equipment but also in various $$ range. Prior to my ordering and after, I emailed Fortnine for added info and a response was provided in 24 hours.
Considering all the delays In Transportation etc, my order was delivered in 8 working days, very pleased with the quality of products, all what Was expected and an excellent packaging... I have already and will definitly continue to refer them in the future as a excellent source of purchase. Thank you again"

Service both times has been excellent and they got my tires shipped out several days earlier than scheduled which I REALLY appreciate since my back tire is down to 1.5mm. "Ordered new brake shoes for my Honda. What arrived was out of spec and did not work properly. Listing said they were OEM and that they were a "guaranteed fit". When I contacted there so called customer service I was brushed off and told to contact the manufacturer. They sell junk and do not stand behind what they sell or there word."

Reached out to the Fortnine customer service, they got right back to me, I sent them a few pics, and they said they were sending out replacement cheek pads, no hassle. Can’t beat that customer service. Definitely recommend these folks. "

Representative was rude and combative and defensive from the very start just from me asking about my order and why it takes two weeks to get the order together before shipping Covid 19 or not that seems a bit much for a pair of goggles. "I ordered a item from Fortnine. Canada Post picked up the item, showing a scan pickup date and expected delivery date and time. No item was delivered. Item still only showed the pickup scan. The following day, still showing the 'in transit and expected delivery for the previous day. I contacted Fortnine and got a email saying thank you for letting them know that the item had not been delivered. Three days later I contacted Fortnine again saying that I still had not received the item. Fortnine stated they could not raise a report with Canada Post as they had to wait until 3 days past the delivery. I pointed out that we were already at that point. I have them one more day or I wanted a refund. Fortnine has now said that I have to wait 14 days for a query to be run by Canada Post before they will refund my money. Canada Post clearly shows no other scan since pickup, yet Fortnine are willing to do nothing to help their customer but make them wait 24 days from the purchase date before they are willing to help the customer who has done nothing wrong. The problem here lies with Fortnine and their courier, it has nothing to do with the customer. "
