"Disappointing service and no customer care whatsoever. Seems like they only care about making money and not happy clients when it comes to return.
I was told on the phone I could give the knee braces back even though I said I tested them out. They are still in great new like condition and the lady on the phone said send them back. I did and the guy rejected and answered back like a policy robot not having any empathy or listening to my side. Saying they are used.
He disregarded what I said when I explained. The lady on the phone lied to me and I felt scammed. I do not trust them.
Never ordering again. They didn't take responsibility for their own employees mistake and dont talk like a normal human when its their fault.

In this age I do not feel I should pay for delivery when I am purchasing hundreds of $$$ of product. Last time I bought something on Amazon Prime it took 2 days. "
