"I've ordered from Fortnine before and it's mostly been good, except them sending the wrong thing once. So I decided to give them another go. Ordered a specific product that listed a specific set of inclusions, when it arrived, the most crucial part of my order was not included and they sent it to me in the wrong color. It took 2.5 weeks to arrive. I called customer service and it turns out they don't actually hold the stock, they simply order it when the customer orders it, which is why it takes so long. As for the missing part (although the description clearly starts it is there) they said that they just use the standard description and it isn't their fault. I asked them to try and expedite the shipping of the missing part if I ordered it separately and they flat out said there is no way they can help expedite. I ordered parts from the states through eBay and they arrived before the Fortnine order did. I Will definitely not be using them again"

After placing an order I wanted to make changes. Customer service acted promptly (on Sunday evening) to get my changes done before the order shipped.

Spent $650 on a cam set as a gift for my father by time he got it and talked with a mechanic about instal he decided it wasn’t right for him. Brand new still in package and they won’t even exchange for a store credit because they only do returns within 30 days"

"This is a very common thing that anyone could have happen i dealt with many companies way friendlier and willing to support the customer not be rude. I wouldn't be surprised if this review page is ran by them and this gets deleted as this is the only place to write a review no google reviews nothing hmmm suspicious. Anyway i wanted to buy new rims for my atv and they were the only ones with the bronze colour in stock that i wanted. They were charging 190 a piece when royal distributing had them for 170 i asked for a price match they refused saying due to the colour difference it wasn't possible for whatever reason. i was fine with that and then asked if there was any sales coming up on the site soon as id probably wait for that as paying an extra 100$ for a colour difference is quite annoying. i was then sternly told by Erin that there was rarely sales and they already have the cheapest prices on the internet when they clearly do not. They take forever to ship items and are not friendly stay away this wasn't my first bad experience with them. Ive had items say they are in stock and then when they get my money its mysteriously on backorder. "
