"I enjoyed ordering from this company and convinced multiple people to do the same.
Because I was the one with a credit card, I was ordering for multiple people before this season. First I received a message saying that I could not order more than 2 of the same item (2 helmets, 2 gloves, etc) on a single order because logistically it didn't work for them. I agreed. On my next order, Fortnine contacted me to tell me that I no longer would be receiving free returns. All returned merchandise would be subject to a 10% restocking fee. That goes against their policy and needless to say, im not impressed!!
If I had known ordering for other people would put a red flag on my account I never would have helped anyone.
A warning would have been nice. "

"Upon receiving my order from Fort Nine, I noticed that some parts of the order were "missing". FortNine was notified and I received immediate instructions from them to send the item back at FortNine's expense. They also sent me a Code Certificate number to use, in order to order a NEW item. That code would cover the postage expense of a replacement item, if the total cost would not exempt the shipping charges. As it turned out, the "missing parts" were located after further investigation of the package. Wonderful company that has EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service!! Rare treatment from most online retailers!! I WILL continue to be a customer!! FortNine, even allowed me to use the "Code certificate" for any future purchases!! Kudos, FORTNINE!! :) "

"Fortnine told me that because I have had too many returns I will now be charged a restocking fee for any further returns. So don't believe them when they say there is no restocking fee. I have had to order numerous different sizes of jackets and boots because the manufacturers sizing charts are so inaccurate. I carefully measured myself and ordered as per the sizing chart only to find out that nothing fit me. One style of jacket took me three tries to get the right size because the sizing chart was so screwy. But Fortnine doesn't care ...they notified me I will now be charged a restocking fee from here on in. My rebuttal was referred to a supervisor who never got back to me. I am taking all my business elsewhere and passing this along to every person who ever asks me where to buy online motorcycle clothing or parts "

"I have been a long time customer of Fortnine due to their low prices and excellent customer service. I purchased a pair of Scorpion Kevlar motorcycle jeans earlier this year. I am very happy with the product but after a couple of months of wear the brass button at the waist popped off during a ride and was lost. I'm 6'2" and 180 lbs so it wasn't due to excess stress from my weight. I was disappointed that this would happen to a $160 pair of jeans. I was able to purchase replacement buttons at a fabric store and repair the jeans myself. I informed Fortnine's customer service and sent a copy of the $7.52 charge for the buttons. Fortnine responded with a $15 gift card to use on my next purchase. I'm not sure I could recommend the jeans but I certainly recommend Fortnine. They rock!"
