I just want you to know that the customer service specialists I have dealt with have been pleasant helpful and extremely knowledgable in helping me select the right product to meet my needs.
Ive been a customer since way before your name change.
I have to be honest and say that there was a time when I used to look at a number of providers to get the best price.... on those occasions when I did find a better price the agents were not motorcycle specialists who know their catalogue, actually ride and understood my needs but were merely order takers.
As someone who can afford lots of toys because I own my own business I understand that the kind of customer service you provide doesn't happen by accident it happens by design.
Its clear to me from the President on down everybody at Fortnine clearly understands that since you don't manufacture the products but distribute them the greatest thing you can do is have your buyers only select the best quality products and have your customer service specialists have the experience and knowledge they need to be able to assist the client to make the selection or redirect them to the manufacturers website to get more detailed specifications.
I started riding when I was 13 yrs old and Im still riding at 65 yrs old so I think you can take this complementary email as having some merit.
I know longer look around for the best price but simply call Fortnine for all my needs based on my experience with your customer service specialists.
I hope this email gets posted in the lunch room and will provide inspiration and encouragement to all the Fortnine staff to continue what they do so well in the knowledge that there are customers like me who appreciate your efforts..... warm regards

"I ordered an exhaust system for the wrong year of bike, and when I noticed this I contacted FortNine’s customer service department. They were very quick to respond. However, I was well passed the return period. So returning the parts were not an option. Instead they cut me an amazing deal on the proper exhaust system for my bike. Which they did not have to do for me. Now I should be able to sell the first exhaust privately for the cost of my new one. I greatly appreciate this gesture and will continue shopping on their site.
