"My clam was dealt with quickly and easily. Thank you FortNine for you wonderful service."
"Terrible, can’t get in touch "
"I'm an engineer and I run training in customer service = someone who is sensitive to what excellent customer service looks like. I have had 20+ motorcycles and have bought many many $1000's of parts/accessories during that time. My best experience, baring none, buying online, has been with Fortnine! I have been buying parts from them long before they were called Fortnine and not only is their pricing good, but the real test is when there is a problem with their product and they handle those very infrequent events with class. They understand customer service and deliver on it. I'm picky and I'm impressed. PS: RyanF9 Videos are top production and honest."
"Being in the customer service buisness myself, I can talk a long way about good, and bad customer service.
Every single transaction I’ve made with Fortnine over the last years has been more than satisfying. Quick shipping, great pricing, easy and VERY FAST communication even outside buisness hours.
Online buisness operated locally! Totally recommend"
"I ordered a pair of shocks and when they arrived they were manufactured wrong, Fortnine called the Mfg to confrim and tried to source another set. the second set came wrong again. Fortnine then worked with their supplier to check all parts and 2 were correct so they had them send a third set which they sent to me and gave me a full refund on the other wrong set.
Thank you for all you did to correct this situation for me.
Scott"
"This company is great to deal with. I have come to rely on them for anything motorcycle or ATV related. And, as hard as it can be to impress me it only is getting better.
When I made a mistake on Saturday Erin fixed it up within just a few minutes, and, it must have been after normal hours too. Thankyou."
"I bought a pair of Joe Rocket Mission Moto Shoes Black size 13 and got it shipped out to my place. I go pick up the shoes today from the post office and turns out that they shipped me some Joe Rocket Black Moto Shoes Black in size 12. Not only is it the wrong shoes but the shoes they sent me look used. The suede of them is scuffed a multiple places...
I pick up the phone and call customer service. I speak to an agent called Damien, turns out that in order to get reimbursed I need to fill out a form, send pictures of the shoes to prove they made a mistake go back to the post office in order to ship these shoes back.
I explain to Damien that I need the shoes for next Thursday, we are current Friday. He tells me that in order for this to happen, I will need to go buy another pair of shoes off their website, ship these back, and they will reimburse me the first pair a week after receiving them.
I asked if he would give me a rebate on the new pair I have to now order but no, this is not their policy. I live in the sticks which means I have to drive half a hour to an hour back and forth to get these ones shipped and somehow my time is not worth a rebate. He then added that he would make sure the return shipping label is free... Are you kidding me, of course it's going to be free, you guys sent me the wrong pair of shoes...
Like this wasn't enough, I will now have to print a shipping label in order to send them back, who uses a printer anymore? Maybe they will ask me to fax them the pictures, worst maybe mail them the pictures....
I asked if I could speak to a supervisor but no I cannot, they are not available and I will have to wait for one to call me back either today or Monday, he couldn't say.
I've been in customer service/high end sale for 20 years now and this is not how you treat a customer. Fortnine made a mistake, and somehow I am responsible for fixing it at my expense.
Mistake are always going to happen, there is nothing you can do to prevent that. BUT what really matters is how you deal with your mistakes. This is what customer service is all about.
I order a lot of things online, most of the things I buy, actually... At least this is something that Amazon does very well, they take care of their customers unlike Fortnine.
If you're reading this trying to figure out if you should do business with Fortnine, know that if they make a mistake, it will be your responsibility to deal with... If that's the service you want, then you found the right place."

"Purchased 3 tires and they shipped across Canada and to my door in 2 business days! This was regular shipping and was extremely impressed with this. Also had an issue with a spoke and **** order. Lee in customer service has been excellent to deal with on this. Got the issue resolved for me with great 2 way communication. "
"Very impressed with FortNine’s straightforward website/navigation, as well as their competitive pricing, and fast shipping. Will definitely be bringing more of my powersports business their way in the future."
