"Purchased a set of RaceTech Fork Springs for my 1989 FZR1000. The new springs fit perfectly, no need to adjust the spacer length as the springs were the exact same size as the stock units. I chose the expedited UPS delivery option but ran into an issue when the UPS driver delivered my order to the wrong house. I eventually got the issue sorted with UPS and received the order. "I Was ordering a 48mm Motion Pro fork seal bullet for my Yamaha.
I navigated to the correct page and saw an orange 48mm bullet tool. Since I had a Yamaha, I decided to select the blue coloured one..no problem....up came a picture of a blue one....so I added it to my cart and moved on to the other items I needed.
However, unnoticed by me, the site also changed the size from 48mm to 41mm! I did not ask for a size change....and there was no warning or prompt to select a new size. The web site automatically changed an "8" to a "1" without any notification....so I ended up with a 41mm fork bullet...obliviously useless to me.
Apparently it should have been obvious to me that a single text character was changed from an "8" to a "1" even though this happens at exactly the same instant that the good sized picture changes colour (which was the sole purpose of my keyboard input) and that is where I was focused and my eye was drawn to by the change.
Poor website interface structure in my humble opinion....certainly lacking in clarity and intuitiveness.
I called Fortnine and was basically told to get lost...I made a mistake...so its my problem!!....even though the site made an automatic and unrequested change to the order (by changing 1 single text character) that was unrelated to the request I made.
Sounds like pretty poor customer service to me!

Contacted Fortnine and was told to send tire back and wait until the manufacture decided if it was warranty so I leave my bike with no tire for months this company sells dangerous products will never buy from them ever again they need a law suit against them and if anyone else wants to join a lawsuit contract me it’s time to stop these people from selling our lives for dangerous tires bikers lives matter"

"Purchased broken items from this site when contacting support i was told i would have to send them back and wait until its received to get a replacement. I had purchased these communication systems that look like the package was already pre opened aswell. Long story short, due to their incompetence I wont have a working Comm until next riding season or at least when theres finally snow on the ground.
