"Mary was extremely helpful when my order was haphazardly delivered & the meals were defrosted. She documented what happened & sent it to the proper dept. to make sure it wouldn't happen again & then processed a refund for the spoiled food. She was very thorough & concerned if I was comfortable with eating any of the meals that may still be edible. I was very happy with the attention & service she provided me with today. Incorrect meals & damaged package

"Angela D. was extremely friendly and helpful! She apologized for the inconvenience, assumed the company’s responsibility for their production/shipping mistake, answered my questions clearly, & refunded my money quickly and easily, no questions asked. Her service was so great it was quite refreshing and pleasant. She deserves a raise! It’s service like hers that keeps customers coming back. Two thumbs way up! "

Great Customer Service

"I used the chat function on the app because I had to make a late change to my shipping address (Mistake I made), and I wanted to confirm it applied to my order that was already being prepared. The chat defaults to a bot representative which asked me to confirm membership info and summaries my issue. The bot realized I needed a representative and quickly connected me to an actual living breathing human being. I was connected with Ivy who was very helpful and solved my issue within seconds. As a new user this was a painless process and shows me this company cares about the user experience. I haven’t tried the food yet but if it’s anything like their customer service, I’m sure I will love it. "

AMAZING service!

"I forgot to skip a week because I would be out of town and didn’t realize until the order had already been processed. I contacted customer service and they were able to cancel the delivery for that week, submit a full refund and apply my sign-up deal to the next deliver I chose. Jessy as SO friendly, helpful and professional. I LOVE Freshly! "
