Too soon

"I have only eaten one dinner. I was recharged too soon. However, when I called Freshly they took care of me promptly. I appreciated how fast the customer service person took care of me."

There was a system glitch, and my order shipped on a date I would not be home, but IVY made everything right! Will order again!!!

"This is my first time ordering and I placed my order for a specific date. A pop up on my screen said that date was no longer available so I chose the following week. Somehow, the order was shipped on the date that the site said was unavailable and we were out of town. I contacted support and got the most incredible lady named Ivy, she helped me and made everything perfect. As it being my first impression of the company, I was not very pleased and wondered if I would even continue with them, but Ivy made everything alright, so I am going to give Freshly another shot as they seem to be a company that cares about their customers. Thanks Freshly, and thanks Ivy."

Upon Request, they were able to cancel my delivery this week

"I hopped on the chat bot service and was connected to Ivy. She was able to cancel my delivery for this week even though it had been processed already. I'm going out of town and forgot to cancel ahead of time. I was nervous I would either lose my food or have to pay for food delivery even though I wouldn't be home. Very happy Ivy was able to take care of it with just a few clicks! "
