Excellent Service on a complicated issue

"I recently moved, and opened a new account with my new address. I thought I had cancelled the old, but turns out it was still active, and I was being sent meals to two different addresses for two weeks! My old apartment never forwarded me the Freshly boxes (even though they request you to provide a forwarding address) so I had no idea I had a double subscription until I checked my credit card transactions today (I know, I should be checking them more often).

Anyway, Quinn was SO helpful and patient. She took time to research the issue, and reached out to her resources to find me a solution. She ended up being able to refund the two double charges as a courtesy, and had the most wonderful attitude during the entire conversation.

It's so easy to receive less than par, or even just mediocre customer service these days. Quinn definitely went above and beyond - thank you, Quinn!!

"I received a notification that a weekly meal had shipped - one that I hadn't intended on purchasing. I had moved, skipped a string of orders, and ultimately forgot to cancel my subscription. Diana S. was prompt, understanding, and kind enough to help me resolve my issue. Freshly is a great meal service and I thoroughly enjoyed it for the year that I used it!"

Excellent flavor and convenient

"I was skeptical at first, if Freshly would be worth the cost per meal, and taste good being heated in the microwave. Let me tell you, it has totally lived up and exceeded my expectations. Add in the convenience of I it being delivered to the front door, make it more than worth while. Customer service is excellent too."
