Diana knows how to service!

"I had a pretty simple request. Just needed to change my address for future orders and really wanted to get my current order changed but it was too close to the date. She went ahead and changed my future dates, processed a refund and made sure I had no further questions. I didn't even have to ask. I wasn't even expecting a refund. Didn't think I was due one either, I really just wanted credit towards a future order. OUTSTANDING, Freshly and Diane!"
