"I wanted to buy Klipsch speakers from Frys.com. The online order was not working so I called Frys.com After at least a half dozen calls and even more online attempts over the following three days I gave up, ordered the speakers from Amazon, and was listening to them two days later. Each phone call I was given a different reason or excuse for why the purchase would not work. A couple of calls the Frys rep was rude and a couple other calls they were just ignorant and did nothing more than go through the online ordering process exactly as I had just done myself. Of course they got the same results. One person I spoke to was very understanding and really tried to help with no success. She gave me her manager's name and asked me to call back (he was gone for the day). I tried calling him twice and he would not come to the phone. We have no Frys near me but when "price" shopping I always see Frys in search results with what appears to be great prices. Some things, however, cannot be measured with a price tag. I will stick to what works time and time again rather than save minimal money---AMAZON PRIME!!!!!!!! This was a terrible experience and I will not consider trying to purchase from Frys.com again."

Was told once the order is sent to a store they can only send or cancel the order. Told me to order again as other store shows 6. I go online to order again site says out of stock Call the original store back and they say well that store must not be setup to ship sorry.
