"I was an extreme fan of Fry's ever since it first opened but Fry's is pretty much toast now, and I learned that the hard way when I tried to order a simple power supply for my workstation.
Friends of mine remarked that the brick and mortar stores all look like ghost towns now, with miles of empty shelves.

"Someone canceled my order and then tried to say that no one had canceled but couldn't explain why I hadn't received it after 1 week and why the site said it was canceled. Then I was offered a new open box tablet ( last one ) without a charger at a lower price. I bought it and paid for overnight shipping on December 23rd. I called them on the 26 but no one available so they said I would get a call back. I called again on the 27 th because no one called me. I received the tablet on the 28th. It was used with some little girls pictures from 2016 on it (not new). I called the 29th to complain that it was used and that it would not keep a charge lol longer then 2 hours. I was offered a refund but I could send it back and wait for the refund or take it to a store in Houston. I went to the store and got my refund for the tablet but it still cost me the shipping. They didn't refund that. I was told that they didn't charge for that but when I reminded them that I only paid for because of what I thought was a new tablet, they didn't care. I will never go to another Fry's again!!!!!!"

when I go to order on line to have something shipped to me, most of the time it can't be shipped and if it can be shipped, i can only order one. I almost order more than one of any items because i have 9 grandchildren and 3 grown children who the item would work well for.
if it can be shipped, when I go to add another one, then it is not allowed to shipped. Buying one of something to have it shipped here to Florida becomes very expensive. limiting to one of of an item is tough. "
