Shelves half empty, selling mostly refurbished electronics online, Computer, TV and other departments need improvement in what they offer and sell. Otherwise, Fry's always was my Favorite store and I start my day every day with checking Frys's Daily Email.
Recently placed an order online for electronics online, then by the end of the day received call about cancelling my order, due to item not not being available at that store. Had to drive to other store, which was much farther to get that item myself. Something needs to be done to restore the reputation."
