"I miss shopping at the Fry's stores - see I lived in Campbell & moved to Florida.
PLEASE OPEN A STORE IN ORLANDO!!!!!!!!!"
"They didn't ship my order, it was cancelled."
"They cancelled my order and didn’t say why."
"Ordered two identical items on sale. Received a UPS notice that the items would be delivered the next day. No show. Checked with UPS and was told when they receive the items they would deliver them. Waited four more days and UPS still did not have the items. By then the merchandised had been discounted another $10. Finally after a week of NOTHING, I called Fry's about my order. The lady was very helpful and explained that my order had been Cancelled. She offered to renew the order and at the new discounted price. I said OK, mistakes happen! Several hours later I receive a call from the LV store telling me they have only one item new, but had a demo unit for me. I told him I wanted two NEW items. No offer was made to further discount the DEMO item or to locate another NEW item for me. After all the confusion on Fry's part I decided it best simply to cancel the order completely. It was a simple order, and they failed completely. I won't be using them for any future online orders."
"When I open the box 2 package were turned/ripped, two disc were scratched badly had to put it in the trash."
"I ordered 12 Micro Connectors PCie 6-pin 16x to 1x powered riser adapters and was supposed to be available in store and online. Hours after placing the order I was telephoned that there were only 5 available. That would have been acceptable if the Customer Support person could have told me the estimated amount of delivery charges. She could not say whether it would decrease or not. I was not going to pay 3x the cost in shipping charges. I ended up cancelling the order. Since it was late in the evening I didn't get back online to re-order them. I am very frustrated that the order program allowed me to complete the purchase and then to later have to cancel the delivery. "
"That they didn’t have in stock
Never again"
"hopefully this will get back to Frys management. My experience at Frys stores for the past several months has been extremely disappointing. i have since early November given two reviews to Frys through their corporate web page.
Yesterday I ordered a power supply that showed at checkout "In Stock/Free shipping'. Got my confirmation e-mail, got my tracking number e-mail, and a few minutes later, got my cancelled order e-mail.
Checked the website and again the power supply came up "In Stock/Free Shipping" in the checkout screen.
Called the customer service number on the cancellation e-mail. Got some one who took a couple of minutes to find my order and told me they didn't have any "working units" that could be shipped.
So you're out of stock for shipping? Why does the web site list them as "In Stock"?
I don't know why.
Don't you know what you have in stock?
Not until we actually go out and pull it for shipping. We can't ship anything that's not working.
Your computer doesn't list if the item is in your "defective/repair" area?
No.
(I failed to ask where the defective item was pulled from, but I have the feeling it was pulled from the sales floor.)
You don't know if the item is in stock or if it's defective?
No.
How did you know where to pull it from?
We went back and forth several times until I finally said I was going to re-order the power supply since your web site tells me it is In Stock and has free shipping with a total charge of $58.84. I expect a working unit be delivered on the date shown on the confirmation e-mail. If not, I will have no choice but to sue Frys for deceptive and false advertising.
If Frys corporation wishes to contact me as to why they continue to advertise an item as In Stock when they only have defective merchandise available, they can use my e-mail. I'll wait until the end of day January 6th, 2020. After that date, it's up to my lawyer.
Note: don't know if any kids or teenagers come here, so I kept the "colorful wordplay" out.
"
"Should only sell items that you can actually fulfill."
"You had a good price & availiblity on your website, but when I ordered for Christmas delivery it was a NO GO!
"
"Stopped by your I45 North store in Houston, Texas as I have before.
Needed a backup battery for my PC.
None in stock. The salesman went the extra mile and found on in your data base for appx. $170.
I bought it.
Days later I was notified by your Corporate folks that you no longer handle the product.
Somebody needs to get with the program and keep the catalog current.
Thanks for nothing.

"Ordered an Apple Watch band, $15 shipping, wrong item, doesn’t even fit my watch, customer service won’t respond. Avoid this junky scammy etailer at all costs!"
"All I wanted to do was to order a mouse and a box of thin-line jewel cases. Simple, right? Ha! You're wrong.
Apparently, the zip code that I live in (91708) plays an important part in whether I can, or cannot, have an item shipped to me. For that matter, the zip code also plays an important part in whether or not I will be permitted to "pickup" an item.
Come on Fry's! Just tell me what it is going to cost to ship the darned thing from where ever you have it in stock. That's all I want o know. The cost. To get the item I want.
It's pretty simple."
"Purchased cs cancelled order. Bc product was sold out but wasn’t updated online "
"Got the best binoculars ever for a great price!
They shipped quickly and I was very pleased with them when they arrived."
