"I’ll provide a condensed overview of my experiences as it would take me too far to treat the entire range of events at any length: Over the past three weeks, I have ordered half a dozen items from Frys on line; none successful, however. Every time, I received a confirmation, followed by either a telephone call or an e-mail or both, informing me of the order cancellation as the product was unavailable. I have never seen such a defective process that, in my case, has shown a 100% failure rate. There are still a number of items that I need and find tempting to order, but have decided against it as I can clearly anticipate the outcome to be "negative value added." Please do know I have great regard for Frys as its long-time customer. Frys has been good to me and I have always been accorded due respect as a customer, valued and accommodated accordingly. I do look forward to a remarkable turnaround for Frys with every success in the marketplace whatever its future business model/plan may be. Thank you."

"Claimed to NOT have the item I ordered in stock, BUT, I believe this was based on a statement from the local store representative as item "was shown" in-stock in Georgia store location via Fry's website not in San Diego. Clicked "Reply All" to ask for clarification if items was in stock in Georgia an never received a single response despite seeing "read receipts" from several of the cc'd recipients. ~4+ Fry's personnel were specified in emailed response initially, I merely clicked reply all seeking answers."

I ordered a blu-ray dvd player for Christmas, and without notifying me, my order was cancelled with no explanation.
So I got a better deal elsewhere.
This is not the way to run a business "
