"My desktop was delivered within a week, in good condition, and fired right up. Great price for Microsoft certified refurbished unit."
"Ordered a motherboard from them during Holliday season and was informed that it was open box and offered a whopping 5% discount. Never apologized and the associate said over the phone “it looks like everything’s in the box”. Why thank you for the observation! Let me take your word on that for a part that is essentially the foundation of my pc! No thanks. Also ended up missing a sale because I chose to order from frys instead. Never again."
"Frys advertised case for Samsung Tab A 10.1 for $10--not making clear it was for the 2016 model, not the 2019. Fry's looks like it is circling the bowl as a business---deservedly so.

"i ordered a refurb computer, paid for it, received tracking for it and then received an email the next day that it was cancelled. Shouldn’t they know ahead of time?! I will not shop them again!"
"Ordered computer online, Fry’s cancelled order without telling me .....TWICE!!"
"Worst excuse for a merchant ever encountered in over 40 years"
"They refused to ship me my product because it was out of stock at a store I don't live near. They never responded to my email about asking to ship it from somewhere else. "
"perro rojo
This site does not stop canceling orders. You order successfully and to the next order with the same shipping address, billing address and card, do not even notice that you are already a reliable customer, they cancel again and again, very bad experience, of the worst. I do not recommend it."
"my order was canceled!!!!"
"When placing an order online, their system picks the closest location to your zip code. If that location is out of stock - but every other store has it, the system cancel your order vs pulling form the next location. A live prison can override the system to pull from another location. Lots of necessary steps and this "over site" needs to be fixed ASAP as e-commerce is booming.
Once I got a hold of the store to place on hold due to another issues they could not help check me them. The store folks were great customer service wise - goes back to poor IT systems. If they have plenty of stock, maybe this would not be an issue.
They did package very well, and in the end I got the product - but it took lots of work to do so. "
"I ordered an Apple Watch for Christmas, but my order was canceled twice by Fry's. I called the customer service line and I was told it was because my payment did not go through. I asked if I could place my order agin with him, but I was told to do it again online. Okay, not a big deal, maybe I typed my card number in wrong. So I did it again, and again it looked like the order went through perfectly only to find out that my order was canceled the next day. I purchased the Apple Watch from Costco with the same card that I tried using at fry's. Transaction was flawless. Fry's is a great business, but little things like this make me want to look elsewhere before trying them again. "
"Received open box item from online order. Product was severely used, scratch and missing components. Box was destroyed. Store never checked product before shipping open box item. Requested missing components or credit, was only given the option to return to store. "
"Ordered a couple of small items, and they arrived on time."
"Although the website listed the item in stock, I was told it is a demo and not in stock. Tried on 2 different stores and they all responded back no stock after a day or so."
"I tried to order an item from their website on sale and have it shipped. Despite getting a UPS notification that I should expect a delivery, the order was cancelled within 24 hours with no explanation. Upon calling, I was told that the specific Fry's store that I had ordered it from didn't have it in stock. I was slightly surprised that the online store was requiring me to pick a specific store to ship from, but clearly, I thought, I must've overlooked something.
I then went back and tried to order the same item again. I was very careful to first select a store that had the item in stock before choosing to have it shipped (instead of picking it up in store). Interestingly, for the rest of the check-out process, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it would be shipped from a specific store (neither the one I had picked before switching to home delivery, nor any other store). Again, I got a UPS shipping notification. However, again, the item was not shipped. Instead, after a few days, it showed as "expired".
Clearly, the clearance items offered on the Fry's website are only meant to get people to go to the store, but not to actually sell the item 8-(."
