"The computer was cheap and worked properly, but the experience wasn't great. UPS or gainsaver's web form automatically "corrected" my address to a 'validated address' that basically just removed my apartment number and caused them to return the package to the shipper, as it was 'undeliverable' with no apt. #. That made it take considerably longer for me to get the package and required a lot of follow up on my end.
The computer itself did not come with the display port to DVI adaptor, which I believe was stated to be included on the website (as it's included in all other types of that model). However, after ordering there was no way for me to find the product description on the website anymore. Customer service was almost even hostile when we called to inquire, it was really unpleasant and they hung up on us. We had to buy the adaptor out of pocket.
All in all, the computer was fine, and at a good price, but I am reluctant to use gainsaver again due to the poor experience w/ service."
