"I ordered a iBook from this website and the one I received I was not too happy with =(... but the Customer Service was absolutely amazing! I called explain my issue they were detailed yet brief on what to do, it felt like I was talking to a real person and not someone who just repeats exactly what I say and dont know what they are talking about. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. My new computer is already on its way back to me, and I couldnt be happier. So although I was unhappy at first I will definitely reccommend this site to everyone because problems are easy to fix!! And the sugar on top is FREE SHIPPING! AWESOME!"

I was very unhappy with whomever picked those items and shipped them.
I am missing the additional batteries and mobile charging units.

"I ordered a laptop at a great price, had some issues with the CDrom, contacted support, and a new unit is being sent out. You can't beat the prices, and despite some inconvenience, you cant knock the support and timely turn around.

"I purchased a used motion le1600 in dec of 2009 for work. it came in excelent condition and worked beautifuly until i broke it. i ordered an le1700 as a replacement it came in not so good condition so i called gain saver they agreed to take it back without any hassle but required me to pay return shipping, $40 inital shipping + $20 to ship it back $60 dollars in and i dont have a working computer. i would still recomend gainsaver as i have to a lot of people but gainsaver your return process leaves me feeling un appreciated as a customer."

"This website is terrible. I ordered a used macbook from them at the end of December. It arives in the mail, and guess what? It's broken. As if that wasn't bad enough, it cost $25 to ship it back (which I wasn't compensated for) and it took them three days after receiving the package to notify me. Once I replaced my order on a Friday, they said it would be sent out by the following Monday. Monday comes... "processing". Tuesday comes, still processing. Wednesday comes, it's still processing so I finally call them. "Oh, sorry, there's a backorder on Mac's right now, but we'll have it sent out to you by NEXT Monday." This will make it around a month from my original order date."

"The web site is easy to use and has a lot of helpful information. However after my order was placed more information on my credit card was required. That is when I was introduced to Steve Harper. He was very unprofessional and down right rude. If all the customer service reps operate like Steve then Gainsaver is going to have some problems."
"I ordered a computer from GainSaver for my daughter for a Christmas present. The salesperson was rude and in a hurry and i ended up ordering the wrong computer. I reallized this when it arrived, so I contacted the company, got a return slip, and without unpacking it, sent it back via UPS. Two weeks after that I got an email from them stating the computer was damaged due to improper packaging and there would be no refund. I am out $487 for the computer and another $50 for the shipping. I contacted them but they are absolutely beligerant. If you order from this company BEWARE! Reading some of the reviews indicates they have a history of sending out faulty merchandise, the wrong merchandise, giving misleading information, and their customer service is rude."
"Recently I purchased a computer that was (visually) damaged and not working. I returned the computer and requested a refund. Every time I called "GainSaver", Steve Harper, the manager would ask what office I was calling from then he would hang up on me before I could even ask any questions. There were 3 of us in our office that each have tried on several occasions to inquire about the refund. But, he continues to just hang up. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GAINSAVER! Read the reviews!! Too many people are saying that they are being hung up on by the MANAGER of all people (as were we), without receiving a refund.

"Frankly, i had my reservations about getting this type of merchandise through a online store. Wasnt sure if i would get ripped off or receive something bogus. I bought this ibook for my daughter for christmas and she absolutely loves it. "Ordered a 17" Macbook pro. One week later they still had not shipped it. Called on a Wednesday - about 5 days after placing order. They said "You'll have your order by the end of the week" meaning Friday. Thursday, check order status, still hadn't shipped. Called Friday and I'm out of luck. They still hadn't shipped my Mac and couldn't tell me when they would. When we pressed them for more answers they put us on hold rudely stating "You'll have to hold" then never came back on the line. We tried calling back but couldn't get them to answer when calling on the same line and when we called back from a different number the sales rep Marilyn admitted hanging up on us. Meanwhile they had authorized my credit card so my money was frozen the whole time. My gut instinct told me this was scammish when I saw that their so-called rebate consisted of store credit. I thought I had a killer deal so I still went through with the order. I'll try to update this forum to let you know if there was any nonsense getting refunded."
"2nd computer Ive bought no problems with either so far did have an issue original one I bought I saw online and they canceled order said they didnt have any, so therefore it should have been listed as out of stock or something. Shipping is a little high as well considering the U.S. Postal Service is quicker and cheaper."
