"Service was great, emailed photo to verify size canopy needed and they were able to give me the correct size with 75% assurance that it would be accurate. Canopy came and it was the correct size but the top tier is too small to fit on all 8 connection points. Wind blows the canopy around a lot so it's not as taught as I was expecting and water seems to pool in certain spots when it rains but then *usually the wind blows it off within the next few days. Overall the canopy looks great and provides us with the shelter and shade that we were hoping for."

"The online experience was good. The gazebo frame I found was exactly like mine. I ordered on-line Sunday evening and received the package Wednesday afternoon (to Canada). Unfortunately the canopy didn't fit. I called and got right through to Rica at customer service. She told be I had the older model gazebo and I'd have to modify it to make the canopy fit. I asked for return instruction which she emailed immediately. The only down side is the 36$ it cost to return the package. I understand that returns in the U.S. come with a UPS return label at no cost. However Garden Winds seem to have the knowledgeable staff to make sure customers are satisfied...
