"There are no ties to hold down the umbrella onto the arms ....even with a little breeze it flips right off. It also doesn't fit...too big by a couple inches. There is only a piece of plastic at the ends for the metal arm to sit in. super cheap and... it doesn't fit snug enough to hold down the umbrella. "
