"Ordered a replacement canopy for my swing. The old one was solid fabric and kept out rain. This one has grommets and will not be waterproof. Not sure if I missed this in the description.

"Poor quality, especially for the price. We only paid $350 for the original canopy from BJs on sale and the replacement cost almost $200 after tax and shipping. It is ripping in multiple places after being up for two months and using UV protection spray before putting it up."

"I just ordered my second replacement canopy from Garden Winds. They have always been very helpful and this time was no different. My issue is not with the service but with the quality of the canopy and the fact that it does not keep the rain out. I followed the directions and sprayed the waterproofing product on the canopy three times. However, it is still leaking when it rains which means I need to also cover all of my furniture so the cushions don't get wet and stain. The original canopy cover that typically comes with a new canopy is the same material as the privacy curtains (which I also just ordered a new set). Now the roof is a different material that doesn't prevent leaking nearly as well (and I bought what was considered the best one). I do realize there are instructions to take the roof off when it rains but that 1) defeats the purpose of having the canopy and 2) is not nearly as easy as they are making it sound! Hope this review helps someone else!"

Given I am in Canada, this would have been a pain in the bum. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Cover fit perfectly. "
