"I mistakenly purchased the wrong canopy replacement for my gazebo and reached out to customer service. Despite the order already being "shipped," Charmaine was able to get the order pulled from the warehouse so that I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending the item back. I was able to purchase the correct order. Jocelyn was also able to make an accommodation for another issue that had occurred with that order. Regardless, their responses were prompt and quickly resolved. I'm real appreciative of Garden Winds for having the replacement I needed, but very grateful for Charmaine and Jocelyn. Their customer service skills are highly commendable. "

"It's too soon to evaluate whether or not the replacement canopy and curtains are a quality product. I'll try to update or provide a new rating once I give these replacements a chance to prove their value. I can say that my initial interactions with customer service were just "ok". Responses took anywhere from 2-4 days on simple requests. "
