I was able to purchase the correct order. Jocelyn was also able to make an accommodation for another issue that had occurred with that order. I'll try to update or provide a new rating once I give these replacements a chance to prove their value. I can say that my initial interactions with customer service were just "ok". Responses took anywhere from 2-4 days on simple requests. "
