Plus the items break and they dont sell you parts!!!! worst buy. now i am stuck trying to find a welder that can weld this together and make it sturdy like its supposed to be and spend more money.

"I purchased snap-on tile from Garden Winds. This is obviously not their interest and I was told the tile was being discontinued. I asked for a sample tile to be sure it's what I wanted since it's unavailable in stores. They don't do that. Okay, so I bought a box of 10. Fortunately I liked them. However, because of a delay in shipping the sample box, when I was ready to buy the additional 18 boxes, the sale (20% off) had ended and they were not willing to extend it in spite of the circumstances. Sure, I understand that extending the discount is to their disadvantage but come on, it was on sale because they were discontinuing and wanted to move the last of it. I'm sure the markup even on sale was significant. They couldn't have been just a little generous, considering it wasn't my fault the sample shipment was delayed and I was buying EIGHTEEN boxes??? Nobody I spoke with was even a little sympathetic. So I hope they don't deal in tiles anymore and I hope they're more considerate with their canopy customers. Not happy!"
"Excellent!!!!!!!!!! Was so pleased and relieved that I found a replacement for the canopy for our Costco gazebo purchase in 2008!! Installed it and even with the HIGH WINDS we have experienced in the last week... it is withstanding the winds!! (35 mph) I feel the fabric of the canopy is stronger(I did purchase the best of 3 choices) than the original so am hoping we get a number of years of usage! Thank you for your quick service. We ordered on the internet on a Sunday and received it on the following Wednesday!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU...especially when I had 10 high school basketball players and their coaches spending a couple of nights using the deck where the gazebo is available.
