"The only reason I did not give it a 5 star, was there was no human interaction to wow me. Everything was done online. Searching for the item was relatively quick. Ordering was easy. Delivery was as promised. I was given tracking information and new approximately when my canopy would arrive. I was very pleased with the quality of the canopy immediately out of the box. It was obvious that the replacement canopy far exceeded the original. As I already had the original canopy up with all it's duct tape holding tears together, I decided to leave the old one up one more season.
Fingers crossed that when we pull out the new canopy next year it will actually fit. We have only 60 days to return. My husband and I laid it down on the ground and it appears the same. We held the canopy up to the frame and it appears to be long and wide enough.
I am looking forward to years of future use (without duct tape)."
