"Cover is very sturdy but was extremely difficult to get in place at corners. Seemed as if the cover was about 3-4 inches too small to fit. I did get it on but in the process popped out 2 grommets (1 at 2 corners) and had to loosen the frame ribs in order make the cover fit. I hope there won't be any additional tearing. I usually remove cover in the Fall to avoid any excess wear from the snow and ice we have in Pennsylvania, hoping to make the cover last longer. However, I just might leave it on over the winter to avoid the problem of possibility of ripping the cover more in the Spring."

"I purchased the Windsor Pergola Canopy Replacement - RipLock 350 which was marketed as the better option and wasn't suppose to rip. It was properly hung and retracted during storms but it still ripped. Unfortunately just after the warranty expired. Disappointed and not wanting to spend another $150, I waited to contact the seller to see if they could still help. They couldn't honor the warranty nor would they extend the current 20% off sale to my replacement purchase. I had to purchase a new one at full price. "

"Service was fast and it was what we had ordered. No wrong shipment! The one issue we had was the canopy seemed a bit small as I struggled to get it on the gazebo frame. I even had two other men trying to help me get the last corner on the post to no avail. Finally after keeping watering it to hopefully get it to stretch I managed to get it on with a lot of struggle and pain to my fingertips from all the pulling. Then we tried to put the top on and had the same issue! I finally cut the two end caps on one side and replaced the caps and finally got it to fit. I'm concerned that it may be just as hard to remove this fall and if it is then I will cut the lower attaching rods as well. Should have returned it but didn't want to spend the $10 to send it back and have to wait for a different one to be shipped back. To us it seemed to be a manufacturi g defect as it seemed a bit too small."

"I've bought a Garden Winds canopy before but they never fit very good. These canopies are 120 x 120 inches and my frame is 118.5 x 118.5, so it fits a little loose. Earlier in the summer I ordered 2 canopies from 2 different companies that claimed to be 10' by 10' and they were both too small. So I ordered the Garden Winds canopy cause I knew it would fit ( loosely). My last canopy from Garden Winds lasted 3 or 4 years till it turned to dust and when it rains you will get pockets of water that you have to drain yourself. At least now I have some shade."
"Purchased a replacement umbrella canopy for a Kohls umbrella. It Fit good, but it was made with a different material then what it originally came with, but maybe that is a good thing since the first one failed. The material seems very thin but will work to keep the sun off. Hope that it holds up"
