"I was looking for a Topper from the actual Manufacturer and I could not find and neither could they, even with submitted pictures!

My go-to place!

"We have a gazebo purchased from Home Depot many, many years ago. Garden Winds keeps us supplied with replacement parts for it..sometimes back ordered but nonetheless gets them. Recently a grill gazebo purchased years ago also needed a new canopy and they had that as well! And it was purchased at an off brand store!"

Past order great, this order not sure

"I ordered a replacement canopy from GW in 2012 after a storm ripped off the original factory canopy off the evening I put it up :( When I got the GW canopy I sewed about 4 ribbons onto each seam to better anchor the canopy to my gazebo and it was fine for 6 years until last summer the fabric shredded from UV damage. I ordered the RipLock replacement of the exact canopy and it was way too small. I called GW and a rep told me this fabric will be more taut and a tight fit but there was no way I could get it on. I am returning it and plan to get the standard canvas and make sure it fits then sew ribbons on again. The rep also could not find my original order (to confirm it was the right cover) but I found the info in my checkbook that I bought it from them about a month after I bought my gazebo (whose receipt and instructions with a model # I still had - being a packrat comes in handy some days!)"

"The original canopy fit perfect. The first replacement canopy I purchased several years ago required cutting the framework so the canopy would fit. Took about 1" off each tube so I could get the canopy to fit over all eight tubes. This recently purchased canopy was even smaller than the first replacement canopy so I had to cut another 1" off each tube so I could get the canopy to fit. If I were to purchase another canopy, and it was to small, I really don't have enough left to cut on each of the tubes to allow the canopy to fit. Doesn't seem right!"

They would benefit from having some installation instructions

"Garden Winds was very helpful in identifying my gazebo from photos. I received a riplock replacement canopy very quickly. Upon installing the canopy, 2 of the grommets ripped off from the fabric. I contacted Garden Winds support and they were very helpful. They immediately sent a replacement canopy. The customer service rep on the phone gave me the tip that it helps to lay the canopy out in the sun for a day or two to help the fabric "stretch out". It would have been nice to have that knowledge printed in some instructions in the box. Then I would have had the canopy up on the first day and GW could have saved a canopy. "

"The replacement canopy we purched exceeded our expectation. It seemed easier to put up this time round! All parts were included and delivery was on time! We’ll be getting all or replacements from Garden Winds. "
