"I received my order quickly, but in two different shipments a couple days apart. It was missing a few bolts for one of the brackets. The system didn't work for my gate without creating my own brackets, but that's the manufacturer's end of the deal. The opener doesn't open the gate unless I'm standing 4-5 feet away, I can't get close enough in my car to open the gate. I think I'm going to need to add on to the system to be able to get in and out of the gate without me or my wife having to get out of our vehicles."
