"did not inform me with status of my order. did not ship/supply with part of the order. had to call Judy 3 times to get status and finally after acouple of weeks called again to get credit for one item they billed me for but did not supply. they have still not sent notification via email of proper credit. guess i'll have to wait for next cc statement to see if they did credit the item. the service previously has been great up until this last order. actually am getting ready to order a couple of grand$ tomorrow but am going to look and shop around to see what else is out there."
