"In the past, I have sold a number of electronic to Gazelle, but this time I had two problems. I sent in a working iPhone 6s 32 GB phone. I got an email that I sent in a 16GB, non-working, iPHone 6s Plus and were significantly reducing my refund. In the same order, they told me I sent in an unlocked 128 Pixel 2XL. THey said I sent in a 32 GB. When I complained, they responded they rechecked my device and it was as I described. I caution you to get the serial number so if I discrepency comes up, you can ask for serial number to compare what you sent to what they are saying you have."
"East to do , fair pricing, FAST!"
"I've looked into selling to Gazelle before but hadn't finished process. I did this time and definitely will again in the future. Almost effortless compared to selling on any of the other sites."
"Thanks Gazelle for making it easy to purposefully dispose of my old IPhone 6"
"I sold my iPad pro 12.9, and it had a single little ding, which I received only $325 for the device. Gazelle did not issue me a PS/SR number, and when I called the day after they received the iPad, I told them I wanted the money deposited into my PayPal account, but they issued a check, anyway, which defeated the purpose of fast cash. I should have just kept my iPad. "
"i’ve bought two phones and neither of them worked. I had to return one because it wouldn’t get data and now the one i got in exchange won’t charge. I’ve bought like 2 other phones and never had a good experience, i highly recommend buying off amazon or ebay."
"It took very little time to go from sending the devices and getting paid. It all worked out in a timely manner"
"It was super easy and I feel good "
"I have purchased in all 3 phones from Gazelle. The first two had minimal issues. The third however, had issues from day one. From not ringing to not keeping a charge for even several hours. Finally, less than six months in, I made an appointment at the Apple Store as this phone had become increasingly unreliable. And according to the technician, this phone had water damage, although according to your website, you check for that and do not sell phones with water damage. Apple would not replace the battery for this reason. So less than 6 months in and out $430, I was forced to buy another phone. NEVER AGAIN!"
"Super simple and just as quick. Highly recommend "
"I have sent two phones to Gazelle and they deliver on their promise. I tried another online company and they sent me an email degrading my phone condition and offered me less than $5. I wonder how many people believe this company and accept the offer. I knew my phone was in excellent condition and refused the offer. They had to return it to me at their cost. I will never go anywhere else. I will be a Gazelle customer for life."
"The process was easy, and fast. This is my second time using Gazelle and I wouldn’t go anywhere else."
"Had an iPhone 6 that died, Gazelle offered a fair price, I shipped it to them and they confirmed that it was as they expected and authorized payment to me. Payment was to be in 3-5 business days. It’s been 11 business days and no payment yet. Originally everything was great, final payment is making me wonder. If it does in next day or so, I’d upgrade to 5 star. "
"i ordered a gazelle iphone 6 plus, i paid next day shipping the whole 9 yards, finally after dealing with FedEx and driving around town i got my phone. as soon as i opened the phone it immediately didnt work and my AT&T rep who helped told me to shut it off and try again later. later i tried using the phone again it constantly shut out of apps, took screen shots when pressing the home button, the off screen popped up randomly, calls ended randomly, and the lock button didnt work. obviously upset i call gazelle i spoke to 3 people 2/3 were rude and had attitude with me. i informed them i needed another phone fast and offered to FedEx overnight the broken phone back today instead of using the shipping slip they gave me which take 3-5 business days, the sales rep informed me this wasnt a smart choice because there was a chance the phone would take longer then the normal shipping process and they could possibly lose it. upon that question I asked how often this happens with devices considering their "30 point check" the sales rep informed me it happens, which had me lose all trust in this company considering the device you receive could easily not work. I gave in and agreed to use their method, after talking longer they informed me the refund wouldn't take place for another 3-5 business days and then i could order a new phone. obviously furious i asked the gazelle sales rep how long i was looking at, with weekends and holidays my new phone wouldnt come for 2-3 weeks, but once i was refunded they would cover the next day shipping cost for the new device, which for obvious reasons isnt helpful because i would have already waited two weeks for my phone. their 30 point check process cannot be actually accurate because if someone had simply opened the phone within 5-10 seconds they would realize the phone does not work. i will not shop with gazelle again and should've listened to the horror stories my friends had told me previously. i suggest you dont waste your time or money. "
"Very easy to sell to. Price they estimated was exactly what they paid. Gave a choice of payment options"
