"Very disappointed!! I still have not received payment, over a month later"
"I'll start by saying that I've had positive experiences with Gazelle in the past, but as of my most recent dealings, I can no longer recommend their service.
My most recent transaction was to send in two devices, an iPhone 6s and an iPhone 5s, in the same box to their receiving facility, with an offer of $45 total ($35 for 6s, $10 for 5s). Apparently the 'SR' numbers got swapped and I received and email several days later saying that my iPhone 6s was a 5s and that my offer was reduced to $10, followed by a second email stating that 'Find My iPhone' was still activated on my iPhone 5s (I had made sure to deactivate both devices from iCloud prior to shipping). I declined the offer for the 5s and had to go through a runaround to decline the offer on the 6s that was labelled as a 5s. On Saturday 6/23/18 I received my iPhone 5s back, but no iPhone 6s. I called customer support on 6/24/18 as soon as their customer service lines opened. After speaking with someone for several minutes I was assured that my declined offer for the second device had been received and was on its way back to me, I asked for a tracking number and was told it would be emailed to me on Monday 6/25 - this email never came to me. On Tuesday 6/26 I received an email from Gazelle telling me they've increased the offer on my iPhone 6s from $10 to $15, mind you, this is the device I was told was already being shipped back to me, and that I was originally offered $35 for. I called customer service yet again to find out that I 'accepted' the offer for $15 dollars! After much back and forth I was offered the original $35 for my device, at this point I declined (AGAIN). Much like the first call to customer service I was told my device will be pulled from the warehouse and shipped back to me, again I asked for a tracking number which I was told would be provided to me in a later email. I was given excuses about how many phones are sent in a day, how these things happen, so on and so forth.
To put it short I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with Gazelle at this point. I'm wondering if I'll even get my iPhone 6s back and if I do get one, if it will even be the same device that I sent in to them. I had a lower offer from a local place that buys/sells/repairs devices and I decided not to use them because I could get a few extra dollars from the Gazelle offer. I can say now that I'll take less money from a local company to avoid all of the issues that I had to deal with while trying to use Gazelle. If I were to use this service again I would say to anyone shipping multiple devices, ship separately! While the original offer was only $45, it just seems that they are making excuses for the confusion leading to the lower offers, and the fact that I was told my second device was already being shipped when it clearly had not been is a poor business practice. To those considering using them, BEWARE!

"Last time I got a phone from them about 2 years ago, I got exactly what I wanted and it worked fine. Amazing what 2 years has done to this company: they sold me a phone, and since they never checked the IMEI number, it turned out it could only be used with pre-paid plans. Returned phone, issued refund, and they overnighted me another phone with 10% discount, and assurance they would check IMEI number to make sure it was compatible with my network. Well, you know where this is going: more apologies, offer to overnight a third phone, but only when they got confirmation that the other two were sent back. I spent my time unpacking, testing, calling carrier, complaining to Gazelle, re-packing, printing return labels, taping up and going to post office. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO SELL PHONES! Get it right the first, or, at least, THE SECOND TIME. No third time; we're done Gazelle. Nice to know you...."
"Simple, easy ... what more can you ask for ?"
"Super easy to deal with. They send you a box, return it with your device and you get paid. Simple as could be!"
"Beats selling on eBay get rid of the fees the hassles of dealing with customers and mitigate shipping problems. Gazelle is an excellent process and eliminates headaches."
"Sold Gazelle a MacBook Pro!"
"Selling my iPad mini was quick, easy, and if I ever have to I will sell again on Gazelle.

"I bought two IPhones. I went for the excellent condition "certified" option. One phone started having screen issues shortly after the 30 day return limit and the other lasted nearly 60 days before the battery was shot. "Certified" by who? No way were these phones thoroughly checked out and "certified". Interesting thee is no place to review on their website. Also interesting that their response to issues is always the exact same canned response."
"They used to be really fast to process, but was very slow this time "
"wonderful great compnay like doing business with them"
"Received Iphone SE 64gig version it was supposed to be unlocked. Metro pcs confirmed THE PHONE WAS BOTH BLOCKED AND NOT UNLOCKED Meaning it was a lost or stolen phone AND gazelle did not perform their 30 point inspection before shipping the phone. Gazelle would not replace phone only issue credit to payment method 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING PHONE BACK. First time customer will not be back."
"Very quick and easy. Highly recommend!"
"Great experience all around."
"Got offer on 2 phones, 1 was perfect condition 1 had cracked glass. Sent phones in & once inspected offer came back on cracked glass at what they offered & zero $$ for perfect one!! I called customer service who opened a ticket. Got the SAME PRICING (40% less than original offer) on the perfect phone as the cracked glass!!!!"
