Disappointment

"I ordered a phone over the weekend from Gazelle and patiently waited 4 days for my phone. I called to check the status of the phone today, Tuesday, and was told that the shipping label had not been prepared yet, but would be ready latest Thursday. Then I was told that the phone would be shipped out after that and most likely arrive next week (over a week from when I ordered it). Later in the afternoon I received an email saying that something was wrong with the phone and could not be sold so I would be given a full refund. I hoped that such a highly rated company would examine their phones before putting up for sale, and disappointing a phone-less customer. Now I have to wait for the refund to process so that I can continue my search for a new phone to replace the broken one. As a working mother of 2 toddlers, I don't have time to mess around with being out of contact and hard to reach. Very disappointed, and I definitely won't be considering Gazelle again for any future purchases. "

Terrible communication and return process

"I bought one from them in December, didn't work. Tried to contact to return, after 3 attempts they gave me return authorization. The phone was delivered and returned to them over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received the refund. It took another 3 times to contact them only to be told they don't know where the returned phone went. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Go on Ebay."
