"I ordered new glasses and add my prescription which called from lined bifocals. One of the options for lenses referred to gray tint so that's what I thought I'd order. Turns out that that was progressive lenses. I have a plate in my neck and can't see with progressive lenses. I contacted customer service and was shown my order and was told that progressive lenses is what I ordered and that was that. The glasses are worthless to me so shame on me!"

"Paid for prescription glasses. They send reading glasses that you can buy for $1.25 at dollar tree. And I can't see 4ft on front of me. .Called them he said I ordered reading glasses . I said I gave you my prescription . He said I had to pay $30 more to get distance glasses that they don't put them in the same glasses. that I would have 2 pairs of glasses . they need to put someone on the phone that a person can understand I had to keep asking him what he said. . finally said **** it and hung up.
